While previewing, you can perform the following actions:
- Rotate or flip the displayed TIFF file, or invert its colors
- Zoom in and out of the image
- Measure the distance between two points in the image
- View information about the file
- Generate a PDF file that contains information about the previewed files
- Get information about the average tint value, mesh (frequency) and angle of a rectangular area in the TIFF file
- Modify a separation's display color values
- Compare TIFF files to see where they differ
- Use various editing commands to modify selected areas of the TIFF file
- Create a single 8-bit TIFF file that combines multiple 1-bit TIFF files (all the separations of your job) into a single 8-bit TIFF file, which you can proof for content on any proofer
- Apply a calibration curve to the file
- Apply descreening to the file
- Define spot colors or modify the values of a spot color
- Switch to layout mode and add the previewed TIFF files to a new or an existing layout
