Add a new license to start using the feature that you purchased.

New licenses can be added while Prinergy is running, but new options may not be available until the Prinergy server is restarted. 

There are two options to add licenses to your Prinergy system:

• Retrieve—used to load the base license as well as any unexpired trial licenses when the Prinergy server has access to the Internet, port 443 is open for TCP/UDP and can reach https://ecentral.kodak.com/web-services/plas/SOAP/CustomerLicenseWebService.asmx.
• Load License Key from file—if TCP/UDP port 443 is not open, you will need to allow Prinergy access through it, or use this option. If Prinergy cannot reach the server for automatic license retrieval it will provide you with the opportunity to save an XML license request file. You can then transfer this request file to a system that has internet access, submit it to PLAS, receive an XML license response file, and then transfer this file to your Prinergy server. Then, use the Load License Key from file option to add the license to the Prinergy server.

For both the Retrieve or Load License Key from file options, use the following procedure:

1. On the primary Prinergy server, in Prinergy Administrator, from the License menu, select Manage License Key.
2. Click the Add License Key button.
   The Add License Key dialog box appears.
3. Verify that your correct License ID is displayed in the License ID box.
   Your License ID is the same as your Prinergy Workflow serial number which takes the form YCxxxxx or YCxxxxx-xx. If you do not know your Prinergy Workflow serial number and you have a Partner Place account you can look it up by performing the following actions:
   Note: If you do not have a Partner Place account but do have a support plan that entitles you to the Prinergy upgrade, register at https://partnerplace.kodak.com/, and then perform the following actions.
   1. Log on to Partner Place at https://partnerplace.kodak.com/.

   2. Go to Service & Support > Product Registration and License Activation > View registered products.

   3. Select your site. A list of registered products appears, including the serial number for your Prinergy Workflow system (in the form YCxxxxx or YCxxxxx-xx).

4. Verify that your correct Partner Place username is displayed in the Partner Place username box.
   Note: If required, you can create a new Partner Place account or change the one you are using, by clicking the Create\Update Partner Place username link.
5. Select the License Key option.
6. Click Retrieve License.
7. Perform one of the following actions:
   • If your Prinergy server is able to communicate directly with PLAS, then your license(s) will be retrieved and you can now start your system. Proceed with step 18.
   • If your Prinergy server is behind a firewall or otherwise unable to communicate directly with PLAS, proceed with step 8.
8. If Prinergy cannot reach the server for automatic license retrieval it will provide you with the opportunity to save an XML license request file. Save the XML license request file and transfer it to a system that has internet access.
9. In a web browser, go to: https://ecentral.kodak.com/productregistration/FileUpload.aspx.
10. On the web page, click Browse in Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Choose File in Google Chrome.
11. In the browser that opens, navigate to the location of your XML license request file, select it and click Open.
12. To submit your license request file, on the web page, click Upload file.
    An XML license response file is created.
13. Save the XML license response file and transfer it to your Prinergy primary server.
14. In Prinergy Administrator, in the Add License Key dialog box, select the Load License key from file (main/trial) option.
15. Click Browse and navigate to your XML response file.
16. Click Read File.
17. After the license appears in the License Key box, click Apply.
18. Your Prinergy system is now licensed. Close the License Management windows and start Prinergy to begin using your licensed options.

With some licensed features, you must manually enable the license before the feature can be used, even though the feature may be listed in the Prinergy Licensed Information dialog box.
After you enter all licenses, save a copy of the license information and keep it in a safe place. If a license is accidentally removed, you will need this information.

   Ihre Lizenz-ID entspricht der Prinergy Workflow-Seriennummer in der Form YCxxxxx oder YCxxxxx-xx. Wenn Sie die Seriennummer Ihres Prinergy Workflow nicht kennen und ein Partner Place-Konto besitzen, können Sie diese mit Hilfe der folgenden Aktionen herausfinden:

   • Wenn sich Ihr Prinergy-Server hinter einer Firewall befindet oder aus einem anderen Grund nicht in der Lage ist, direkt mit PLAS zu kommunizieren, fahren Sie mit Schritt 8 fort.

10. Klicken Sie auf der Webseite im Microsoft Internet Explorer auf Durchsuchen oder in Google Chrome auf Datei auswählen.
11. Navigieren Sie im daraufhin geöffneten Browser zum Speicherort Ihrer XML-Lizenzanforderungsdatei, wählen Sie sie aus und klicken Sie auf Öffnen.
12. Zum Einreichen der Lizenzanforderungsdatei klicken Sie auf der Webseite auf Datei hochladen.
    Daraufhin wird eine XML-Lizenzantwortdatei erstellt.
13. Speichern Sie die XML-Lizenzantwortdatei, und übertragen Sie sie auf den Prinergy-Hauptserver.
14. Aktivieren Sie in Prinergy Administrator im Dialogfeld „Lizenzschlüssel hinzufügen“ die Option Lizenzschlüssel aus einer Datei laden (Haupt/Probe).
15. Klicken Sie auf Durchsuchen, und navigieren Sie zur XML-Antwortdatei.
16. Klicken Sie auf Datei lesen.
17. Nachdem die Lizenz im Feld Lizenzschlüssel angezeigt wird, klicken Sie auf Anwenden.
18. Das Prinergy-System ist jetzt lizenziert. Schließen Sie die Lizenzverwaltung und starten Sie Prinergy, um Ihre lizenzierten Optionen zu verwenden.

Bei einigen lizenzierten Funktionen müssen Siedie Lizenz manuell aktivieren,bevor die Funktion verwendet werden kann, auch wenn die Funktion möglicherweise im Dialogfeld „Licensed Information“ (Lizenzinformationen) von Prinergy aufgeführt ist.

Con algunas funciones con licencia, debehabilitar manualmente la licenciapara poder utilizar la función, aunque la función aparezca en el cuadro de diálogo Información de Prinergy con licencia.

Si le système Prinergy ne peut joindre le serveur pour une récupération automatique de la licence, vous pouvez enregistrer un fichier de demande de licence au format XML. Vous pouvez ensuite transférer ce fichier de demande à un système qui dispose d'un accès à Internet, l'envoyer au système PLAS, recevoir un fichier de réponse de licence au format XML, puis transférer ce fichier à votre serveur Prinergy. Utilisez alors l'option Load License Key from file (Charger la clé de licence depuis un fichier) pour ajouter la licence au serveur Prinergy.

Quelle que soit l'option choisie, Retrieve (Récupérer) ou Load License Key from file (Charger la clé de licence depuis un fichier), suivez la procédure ci-dessous :

   1. Connectez-vous à Partner Place à l'adresse https://partnerplace.kodak.com/.

   2. Accédez à Service & Support (Service et assistance) > Product Registration and License Activation (Enregistrement de produit et activation de licence) > View registered products (Voir les produits enregistrés).

   3. Sélectionnez votre site. Une liste des produits enregistrés s'affiche, y compris le numéro de série de votre système Prinergy Workflow (de type YCxxxxx ou YCxxxxx-xx).

4. Vérifiez que le nom d'utilisateur Partner Place qui s'affiche dans le champ Partner Place username (Nom d'utilisateur Partner Place) est correct.
   Remarque : si nécessaire, vous pouvez créer un nouveau compte Partner Place ou modifier celui que vous utilisez, en cliquant sur le lien Create\Update Partner Place username (Créer/Mettre à jour un nom d'utilisateur Partner Place).

   • Si votre serveur Prinergy est en mesure de communiquer directement avec le système PLAS, vos licences seront récupérées et vous pourrez démarrer votre système. Passez à l'étape 18.
   • Si votre serveur Prinergy est placé derrière un pare-feu ou n'est pas en mesure de communiquer directement avec le système PLAS pour une autre raison, passez à l'étape 8.
8. Si le système Prinergy ne peut joindre le serveur pour une récupération automatique de la licence, vous pouvez enregistrer un fichier de demande de licence au format XML. Enregistrez le fichier XML de demande de licence et transférez-le vers un système ayant accès à Internet.
9. Dans un navigateur Web, accédez à : https://ecentral.kodak.com/productregistration/FileUpload.aspx.
10. Sur la page Web, cliquez sur Browse (Parcourir) dans Microsoft Internet Explorer ou sur Choose File (Choisir un fichier) dans Google Chrome.
11. Dans le navigateur qui s'ouvre, accédez à l'emplacement de votre fichier XML de demande de licence, sélectionnez-le et cliquez sur Open (Ouvrir).
12. Pour soumettre votre fichier de demande de licence, cliquez sur Upload file (Charger le fichier) sur la page Web.
    Un fichier de réponse de licence au format XML est créé.
13. Enregistrez le fichier XML de réponse de licence et transférez-le vers votre serveur principal Prinergy.
14. Dans la boîte de dialogue Add License Key (Ajouter une clé de licence) de Prinergy Administrator, sélectionnez l'option Load License key from file (main/trial) (Charger la clé de licence depuis un fichier (principal/essai)).
15. Cliquez sur Browse (Parcourir) et accédez au fichier de réponse au format XML.

18. La licence de votre système Prinergy est désormais enregistrée. Fermez les fenêtres License Management (Gestion des licences) et démarrez Prinergy pour commencer à utiliser vos options de licence.

Certaines fonctionnalités sous licence requièrentl'activation manuelle de la licence,même si la fonctionnalité est répertoriée dans la boîte de dialogue Prinergy Licensed Information (Informations de licence Prinergy).

   2. Accedere a Service & Support (Assistenza e supporto) > Product Registration and License Activation (Registrazione dei prodotti e attivazione delle licenze) > View registered products (Visualizza prodotti registrati).

   • Se il server Prinergy in uso è in grado di comunicare direttamente con PLAS, la licenza verrà recuperata e sarà possibile avviare il sistema. Passare al punto 18.

8. Se Prinergy non può raggiungere il server per il recupero automatico della licenza sarà possibile salvare un file di richiesta della licenza XML. Salvare il file di richiesta della licenza XML e trasferirlo su un sistema dotato di accesso Internet.
9. In un browser Web, immettere l'indirizzo: https://ecentral.kodak.com/productregistration/FileUpload.aspx.
10. Sulla pagina Web, fare clic su Sfoglia in Microsoft Internet Explorer oppure Scegli file in Google Chrome.
11. Nel browser aperto, accedere alla posizione del file di richiesta della licenza XML, quindi fare clic su Apri.

15. ［参照］をクリックし、XML 応答ファイルを選択します。
16. ［Read File（ファイルの読み込み）］をクリックします。
17. ［License Key（ライセンス キー）］ボックスにライセンスが表示されたら、［適用］をクリックします。
18. 以上で Prinergy システムのライセンス認証は完了です。［License Management（ライセンスの管理）］ウィンドウを閉じてから Prinergy を起動して、ライセンス取得済みのオプションの使用を開始してください。

一部のライセンス取得済みの機能では、機能を使用する前に、手動でライセンスを有効にする必要があります。これは、その機能が［Prinergy Licensed Information（Prinergy 取得済みライセンス情報）］ダイアログ ボックスにリストされている場合でも変わりません。

向您的印能捷系统添加许可证有两个选项：
