If your Prinergy system includes the Kodak InSite Prepress Portal system, configure IIS and any firewall that may exist on your system so that RBA can send e-mail messages.
If the Prepress Portal system is installed on a separate server, the Prepress Portal server is the mail server. Otherwise, the Prinergy primary server is the mail server.

1. On the Prepress Portal server, configure IIS to handle authentication:
   1. Select Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager.
   2. In the left pane, expand the server name.
   3. Right-click Default SMTP Virtual Server, and select Properties.
   4. Click the Access tab.
   5. Click Authentication, and select one of the following check boxes: Anonymous access, Basic authentication, or Integrated Windows Authentication, which is the same as NTLM. (NTML stands for the Windows NT LAN Manager, which is the Windows NT Challenge/Response authentication protocol.)
2. If Prepress Portal is on a stand-alone server (not on the Prinergy primary server), configure IIS on the Prepress Portal server to accept and relay e-mail messages from the Prinergy primary server:
   1. Click Connection, and click Add. In the IP address box, type the IP address of the Prinergy primary server, and click OK twice.
   2. Click Relay, and click Add. In the IP address box, type the IP address of the Prinergy primary server, and click OK twice.
   3. Click OK to close IIS.
3. If Prepress Portal is not on the Prinergy primary server and there is a firewall between it and the Prinergy primary server, open an SMTP hole through the firewall from the Prinergy primary server to the Prepress Portal server.

You are now ready to set up e-mail service for RBA.

Wenn in Ihrem Prinergy-System das Kodak InSite Prepress Portal-System installiert ist, müssen Sie IIS und sämtliche Firewalls im System so konfigurieren, dass RBA E-Mail-Nachrichten senden kann.
Wenn das Prepress Portal-System auf einem eigenen Server installiert ist, wird der Prepress Portal-Server als Mail-Server verwendet. Andernfalls ist der Prinergy-Hauptserver der Mail-Server.

1. Konfigurieren Sie IIS auf dem Prepress Portal-Server für die Authentifizierung:
   1. Wählen Sie Start > Programme > Verwaltung > Internetdienste-Manager.
   2. Erweitern Sie im linken Bereich den Servernamen.
   3. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf Virtueller Standardserver für SMTP, und wählen Sie Eigenschaften.
   4. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Zugriff.
   5. Klicken Sie auf Authentifizierung, und aktivieren Sie eines der folgenden Kontrollkästchen: Anonymer Zugriff, Standardauthentifizierung oder Integrierte Windows-Authentifizierung (entspricht NTLM). (NTLM steht für „Windows NT LAN Manager", d. h. das Challenge/Response-Authentifizierungsprotokoll von Windows NT.)
2. Wenn Prepress Portal auf einem eigenständigen Server (nicht auf dem Prinergy-Hauptserver) installiert ist, konfigurieren Sie IIS auf dem Prepress Portal-Server, um E-Mail-Nachrichten vom primären Prinergy-Server anzunehmen und weiterzuleiten:
   1. Klicken Sie auf Verbindung und anschließend auf Hinzufügen. Geben Sie in der Zeile IP-Adresse die IP-Adresse des Prinergy-Hauptservers ein, und klicken Sie zweimal auf OK.

   3. Klicken Sie auf OK, und schließen Sie IIS dann.
3. Wenn Prepress Portal nicht auf dem Prinergy-Hauptserver installiert ist und sich zwischen dem Portal und dem Prinergy-Hauptserver eine Firewall befindet, öffnen Sie in der Firewall einen SMTP-Kanal vom Prinergy-Hauptserver zum Prepress Portal-Server.
   Anleitungen hierzu entnehmen Sie bitte der Firewall-Dokumentation.

Nun können Sie den E-Mail-Dienst für RBA einrichten.

Si su sistema Prinergy incluye Kodak InSite Prepress Portal, configure IIS y cualquier cortafuegos que haya en el sistema, de forma tal que RBA pueda enviar mensajes de correo electrónico.
Si el sistema Prepress Portal está instalado en un servidor independiente, el servidor de Prepress Portal será el servidor de correo. De lo contrario, el servidor principal de Prinergy tendrá la función de servidor de correo.

Vous êtes maintenant prêt à configurer le service de messagerie électronique pour RBA.

   1. Connectionをクリックして、Addをクリックします。IP addressボックスに Prinergy プライマリ サーバーの IP アドレスを入力して、OKを 2 回クリックします。
   2. Relayをクリックして、Addをクリックします。IP addressボックスに Prinergy プライマリ サーバーの IP アドレスを入力して、OKを 2 回クリックします。
   3. OKをクリックして IIS を閉じます。
3. Prepress Portal が Prinergy プライマリ サーバー上になく、Prinergy プライマリ サーバーとの間にファイアウォールがある場合は、ファイアウォールを介して Prinergy プライマリ サーバーから Prepress Portal サーバーに SMTP ホールを開きます。
   ファイアウォール ソフトウェアについては、マニュアルを参照してください。

これで、RBA の E-メール サービスを設定するための準備が完了しました。
