Instead of a mark being independent, binding a mark to artwork combines the mark and artwork into one.

To bind a mark to one piece of artwork:
a. Select the artwork.
b. Select the mark.
c. From the Object menu, select Bind Mark to Artwork.

To apply a bound mark to multiple artwork:
a. Select the bound mark.
b. From the Object menu, select Apply to All.

A die station mark automatically reflects a die station number, once bound to a piece of artwork. The mark appears blank until it is bound to a piece of artwork.

Au lieu d’avoir un repère indépendant, l’associer à une illustration permet de faire en sorte que le repère et l’illustration ne constituent qu’une seule entité.

Pour associer un repère à une maquette :
a. Sélectionnez la maquette.
b. Sélectionnez le repère.
c. Dans le menu Objet, sélectionnez Associer un repère à une maquette.

Pour appliquer un repère associé à plusieurs maquettes :
a. Sélectionnez le repère associé.
b. À partir du menu Objet, sélectionnez Appliquer à tous.

Un repère de poste de découpe porte automatiquement le numéro du poste de découpe, une fois associé à une partie d'une maquette. Le repère est vide jusqu'à ce qu'il soit associé à une partie d'une maquette.
