You can pause either the Processor queue or the Proofer queue at any time. Pausing the Processor queue ensures that no new proofs enter the processor once it is done processing its current proof. Pausing the ProoferProofer queue ensures that no new sheets can enter the proofer once it is done proofing its current sheet.

  1. In the Proofer Viewer, click the Queues buttonImage Addedbutton.
  2. In the Proofer queue or Processor queue, click the Pause buttonImage Addedbutton.

The proofing software changes the Image Removed Image Addedbutton to the Image Removed Image Addedbutton, displays the Queue Paused message, and pauses the queue. The queue remains paused until you resume it.
