Un sustrato es una superficie impresa, por ejemplo, papel, cartón o plástico. Los sustratos disponibles en Instalación se cargan desde el dispositivo digital conectado. Cuando agrega un dispositivo digital en Instalación, los sustratos del dispositivo se importan automáticamente en el cuadro de diálogo Sustrato del dispositivo. Puede ver los ajustes de un sustrato seleccionado en el panel derecho del cuadro de diálogo de Sustrato. Los ajustes del sustrato son de solo lectura y no se pueden editar en Instalación. Sin embargo, puede añadir uno o varios tamaños al sustrato seleccionado o quitar uno o varios tamaños.

  1. En el menú Herramientas de Workshop, seleccione Instalación.
  2. En el panel izquierdo, haga clic en la flecha situada al lado de Material, para expandir la sección Material.
  3. Haga clic en Sustrato.
    Si ya se han añadido sustratos, aparecerá una lista de sustratos en el panel central.
    Haga clic en un sustrato para ver sus ajustes (en el panel de la derecha).
  4. Para agregar un nuevo tamaño en el sustrato, en la pestaña Tamaños haga clic en el botón Agregar .
    Se agregará una nueva fila a la lista de sustratos del panel central.
  5. En la nueva fila, seleccione el tamaño que desee agregar.
    Nota: La lista de tamaños se define en Recursos > Tamaño. Para obtener más información, consulte la Setting up a size.

A substrate is the surface that is printed on—for example, paper, carton, or plastic. The substrates available in Setup are loaded from the connected digital device. When you add a digital device in Setup, the device's substrates are automatically imported into the Substrate dialog box from the device. You can view the settings of a selected substrate in the right pane of the Substrate dialog box. The settings of the substrate are read-only and cannot be edited in Setup. However, you can add a size(s) to the selected substrate and remove a size(s).

  1. In Workshop, from the Tools menu, select Setup.
  2. In the left pane, click the arrow next to Material, to expand the Material section.
  3. Click Substrate.
    If substrates have already been added, a list of substrates is displayed in the center pane.
    Click a substrate to view its settings (in the right pane).
  4. To add a new size to the substrate, on the Sizes tab, click the Add Image Added button.
    A new row is added to the list of substrates in the center pane.
  5. In the new row, select the size that you want to add.
    Note: The list of sizes is defined in Resources > Size. For details see, Setting up a size.
  6. On the toolbar, click Image Added.
