Before configuring the imposition output process template, determine the signature booklet output format and connect the printers.

1. Determine the signature booklet format, and collect the necessary information, using the following table as a guide.

   If Outputting To	Determine
   A printer	The name and location of the printer  The paper orientation: portrait or landscape?  The duplexing style: turn or tumble?  The signature booklet format: 1-up or folded 2-up?
   A file	The paper orientation: portrait or landscape? The signature booklet format: 1-up or 2-up?
   A PDF file	All pages output to one file? Each page outputs to its own file?

2. If outputting to a duplexing laser printer, determine the correct name of the printer, and connect the printer in one of the following ways:

   • Mount the laser printer on the Prinergy server using Prinergy Administrator.
     For more information, see the Prinergy System Administration Guide.
   • Configure the printer in a Windows print queue.

2. Dans le cadre d'une sortie vers une imprimante laser recto verso, spécifiez le nom exact de l'imprimante puis branchez-la selon l'une des méthodes suivantes :
   • Montez l'imprimante laser sur le serveur Prinergy à l'aide de Prinergy Administrator.

   • Configurez l'imprimante dans une file d'attente Windows.

2. Geben Sie zur Ausgabe auf einen Duplex-Laserdrucker den korrekten Namen des Druckers an, und verbinden Sie den Drucker unter Verwendung einer der folgenden Methoden:
   1. Melden Sie den Laserdrucker mithilfe von Prinergy Administrator auf dem Prinergy-Server an.
