Adobe Acrobat

En el Administrador de trabajos, puede ver y modificar páginas individuales con Adobe Acrobat. Este método de generación de pruebas en pantalla no requiere ninguna plantilla de proceso. Al crear pruebas con Acrobat, se muestra el contenido de la página PDF, pero no las páginas impuestas ni de trama. Utilice Virtual Proofing System para ver estos detalles.

Virtual Proofing System

Para realizar pruebas en pantalla de páginas individuales o impuestas, puede crear un archivo para verlo con el software de Virtual Proofing System. Con el software de Virtual Proofing System puede:

  • Ver diseños impuestos (solo en pruebas impuestas)
  • Ver separaciones
  • Ver copias de seguridad de superficies (solo en pruebas impuestas)
  • Ver la casilla de protección adecuada
  • Ampliar contenido específico
  • Activar las líneas de recorte
  • Comprobar medidas

Siga las instrucciones de Inicio de un proceso y seleccione una plantilla de proceso de software de Virtual Proofing System.

Para ver archivos VPS, haga clic con el botón derecho del ratón en las páginas, las superficies, los pliegos o las separacioneso los diseños que desee, siempre que haya creado un archivo VPS, y seleccione Abrir archivos VPS en el menú contextual. O bien, seleccione Archivo > Abrir archivos VPS.

A soft proof is a proof displayed on the monitor. Within Prinergy, you can create soft proofs in the following ways:

  • View pages with Adobe Acrobat
  • Create TIFF files
  • Create files to be viewed with Virtual Proofing System software

Adobe Acrobat

In Job Manager you can view and edit individual pages with Adobe Acrobat. This method of soft proofing does not require a process template. Proofing with Acrobat shows you the PDF page content, but not any imposed or screened pages. Use Virtual Proofing System to view these details.

Virtual Proofing System

To soft-proof individual or imposed pages you, can create a file for viewing with Virtual Proofing System software. With Virtual Proofing System software you can:

  • View the imposed layout (imposed proof only)
  • View separations
  • View backups of surfaces (imposed proof only)
  • View safe protect box
  • Zoom in on specific content
  • Turn on trim lines
  • Check measurements

To create a soft proof, follow the instructions in Starting a process, and select a Virtual Proofing System software process template.

To view VPS files, right-click the pages ,surfaces, signatures, or separations that you want to view—anywhere that a VPS file has been created—and select Open VPS Files in the context menu. Alternatively, select File > Open VPS Files.
