The Compare feature enables you to view two files at the same time in Smart Review and to compare the differences between the two files. You can also view two revisions of the same file.This is useful when you want to see what changes were made between an older and newer version of a file or when you want to verify that requested changes have been made.

Requirements: You must have a job role that includes the Use Compare Feature right before you can compare files in Smart Review.

When you compare two files or revisions, Smart Review generates a third image that shows all of the differences between the two files or revisions. You can view the comparison image in the following ways:

• Absolute: Any pixel differences between the two files or revisions flash red and green.
• Difference: Displays only pixels that differ between the two files or revisions. The intensity of the pixels indicates the difference in pixel values.
• Toggle: The comparison image toggles between the two files or revisions so that you can see the differences.

Note: You can view the pages side-by-side or stack the pages for comparison.
Note: In Absolute view, only differences in pixel values that meet the minimum specified tolerance value are displayed as a difference. The tolerance value is specified in the Smart Review preferences; by default, it is 3 pixel levels.

「比較」機能により、Smart Review で同時に 2 つのファイルを表示して、違いを比較できます。また、同じファイルの 2 つの更新履歴も表示できます。この機能は、変更前と変更後のファイルを比べて変更された内容を確認するときや、依頼された変更が行われているかどうかを確認するときに便利です。

必要条件：Smart Review でファイルを比較するには、「比較機能の使用」権限を含むジョブ権限が必要です。

2 つのファイルまたは更新履歴を比較する場合、Smart Review はこの 2 つのファイルまたは更新履歴の違いをすべて表示した第三の画像を生成します。次の方法で比較用の画像を表示できます。

• 絶対差分：2 つのファイルまたは更新履歴のピクセル単位のすべての違いが、赤や緑に点滅します。
• 差分：2 つのファイルまたは更新履歴で異なるピクセルのみが表示されます。ピクセルの明度は、ピクセル値の違いを表しています。
• 切り替え：比較用の画像を使い 2 つのファイルまたは更新履歴を切り替えます。これにより、違いを確認できます。

注意：比較する場合、ページを左右に並べて表示することも、上下に並べて表示することもできます。
注意：［絶対差分］表示では、指定している最小許容値以上にピクセル値が異なっている場合にのみ、差分として表示されます。この許容値は、Smart Review の環境設定で指定します。デフォルトは、3 ピクセル レベルです。
