El elemento de menú Centrar página centra una página afinada dentro del cuadro de recorte de su imposición. El centro de la página se corresponde con el centro del cuadro de recorte de la imposición. Puede utilizar Prinergy Workshop para volver a asignar páginas a distintas posiciones en la imposición y que no vuelvan a producirse desplazamientos de imagen debido a que los tamaños del cuadro de recorte o de material varían de una página a otra.

El centro de la página se calcula en el cuadro de recorte de la página o en el cuadro de material, según la información disponible:

  • Si la página afinada incluye tanto información del cuadro de recorte como del cuadro de material, se utiliza el cuadro de recorte para centrar la página.
  • Si la página afinada incluye sólo información del cuadro de material, se utiliza el cuadro de material para centrar la página.

Puede utilizar el elemento de menú Centrar página para centrar una o varias páginas. Puede restablecer fácilmente los desplazamientos de página originales mediante el elemento de menú Utilizar desplazamientos de página.

De forma predeterminada, las páginas se colocan en el ángulo inferior izquierdo del cuadro de recorte de la imposición o del material de la página, y no en el centro de la página.

Nota: Cuando importa una imposición, puede indicar si las páginas de la imposición importada deben centrarse. Si selecciona Centrada, se centrarán todas las páginas. Si a continuación anula la asignación de una página y la reemplaza por otra página, ésta última también se centrará. Puede trabajar con los elementos de menú Emplear desplazamientos de página y Centrar página para modificar su posición si fuera necesario.

The Center Page menu item centers a refined page within its imposition trim box. It matches the center of the page to the center of the imposition trim box. You can then use Prinergy Workshop to reassign pages to different positions in the imposition, and not experience image shifts because the trim or media box sizes differ from page to page.
The center of the page is calculated either from the page's trim box or media box depending on the information available:

  • If the refined page includes both trim box and media box information then the trim box is used to center the page.
  • If the refined page includes only media box information then the media box is used to center the page.

You can use the Center Page menu item to center one or more pages. You can easily return to the original page offsets using the Use Page Offsets menu item.
By default, pages are positioned in the imposition trim box by the lower-left corner of the page's trim or media box, rather than by the center of the page.
Note: When you import an imposition, you can indicate whether the pages in the imported imposition should be centered. If you select Centered, all pages will be centered. If you then unassign a page and replace it with another page, the replacement page will also be centered. You can work with the Use Page Offsets, and Center Page menu items to modify their placement as required.
