Puede ver informes de PDF Preflight+ de los archivos de entrada y de los archivos afinados, si los hay. Es decir, si en la sección PDF Preflight de la plantilla Proceso de afinado ha seleccionado realizar el proceso de Preflight+ en archivos de entrada y/o archivos afinados, puede verlos en el informe de Prinergy.

  1. En el panel Páginas del Administrador de trabajos, haga clic en un archivo PDF que tenga un informe de PDF Preflight+.
  2. En el menú Trabajo, haga clic en Informe de archivos de entrada de Preflight+ o Informe de archivos afinados de Preflight+.
    El informe se abre en el software Adobe Acrobat.

Sugerencias:

    • Cuando visualice el informe PDF en Adobe Acrobat, muestre la lista Comentarios, ya que cada comentario está vinculado al elemento del problema real.
    • Para navegar fácilmente en informes con muchas páginas, en el menú Ver, seleccione Mostrar/Ocultar > Paneles de navegación > Miniaturas de páginas.

 

En función de las opciones seleccionadas en la sección PDF Preflight de la plantilla de proceso de afinado que se utilice, cada informe PDF puede contener uno de los siguientes componentes, o los dos:

  • Una página de descripción general: resumen de los problemas detectados durante el proceso de Preflight
  • Una página de detalles: copia del archivo PDF de entrada con anotaciones de comentarios sobre los elementos de los problemas

Prinergy también almacena el informe PDF completo (que también incluye una copia del archivo de entrada). Si decide utilizar la opción Copiar informes a una ubicación remota, todos los informes en PDF generados que contengan el informe completo se copian en la ubicación determinada.

Puede eliminar el informe completo del servidor Prinergy desactivando la casilla de verificación Mantener informe principal además de los informes por página de la sección PDF Preflight de la plantilla de proceso de afinado que se está utilizando. Si selecciona esta casilla de verificación y también la casilla Copiar informes a una ubicación remota, el informe completo se copia en la ubicación definida y, a continuación, se elimina del servidor Prinergy. You can view PDF Preflight+ reports of your input files and of your refined files, if they exist. That is, if in the PDF Preflight section of the Refine process template, you selected to perform the Preflight+ process on input files and/or refined files, you can view the report from Prinergy.

  1. In Job Manager, in the Pages pane, click a PDF file that has a PDF Preflight+ report.
  2. From the Job menu, click Preflight+ Input Files Report or Preflight+ Refined Files Report.
    The report opens in the Adobe Acrobat software.

Tips:

    • When viewing your PDF report in Adobe Acrobat, display the Comments list, as each comment is a link to the actual problem element.
    • To easily navigate in reports with many pages, from the View menu, select Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Page Thumbnails.

 

Depending on the options selected in the PDF Preflight section of the Refine process template you are using, each PDF report may contain one or both of the following components:

  • An Overview page—a summary of the problems found during the preflight process
  • A Details page—a copy of the input PDF file with Comment Annotations to problem elements

Prinergy also stores the full PDF report (which also has a copy of the Input file). If you choose to use the Copy reports to a remote location option, all generated PDF reports including the full report are copied to the defined location.

You can decide to delete the full report from the Prinergy server by clearing the Keep main report in addition to reports per page check box in the PDF Preflight section of the Refine process template you are using. If you select both this check box and also the Copy Reports to a remote location check box, the full report will be copied to the defined location and then will be deleted from the Prinergy server.
