Las hot folders inteligentes que permiten crear trabajos y procesar archivos:

  1. Aceptan el archivo de origen
  2. Determinan el nombre del trabajo de destino (a partir de las referencias posteriores al nombre del archivo de origen)
  3. Crean un trabajo con el nombre de trabajo de destino del trabajo de plantilla
  4. Lo guardan en el mismo grupo que el trabajo de plantilla
  5. Mueven el archivo de origen a la hot folder del trabajo nuevo
  6. Inician el procesamiento según las plantillas de proceso asociadas a la hot folder del trabajo

Smart hot folders that create jobs and process files:

  1. Accept the source file
  2. Determine the target job name (based on back-references to the source file name)
  3. Create a job with the target job name from the template job
  4. Save it in the same group as the template job
  5. Move the source file to the new job's hot folder
  6. Start processing according to the process templates attached to the job hot folder
