Earlier versions of Prinergy Evo ignored the clipping path set in Photoshop TIFF images. The recommended workaround was to save these files as Photoshop EPS files and replace them in the layout document. Now you can instruct the system to include the clipping path directly from the Photoshop TIFF during OPI.

This feature is controlled by the Apply Clipping Path in Photoshop TIFFs check box in the Images area of the Normalize section of the refine to PDF process template.

Unintended image clipping can occur if the source file is not designed to use the clipping path from the Photoshop TIFF when this feature is enabled. Check the refined pages carefully if there is any doubt.
