Page History

The History view of Job Manager displays the detailed history of all the activity for a particular job. For each job, the History view displays:

• A description of each action taken on the job. (You can expand each description to display additional details, and double-click each additional detail to display more information and copy the text.)
• Individual messages for each action. (The same messages appear in the Process Info dialog box when the process is active.)
• The date and time the action was taken
• The severity of the message

If the History view gets cluttered, you can destroy the messages if you have permission to do so.

• To view job history, in Job Manager, from the View menu, select History.

La vue Historique du Gestionnaire des travaux affiche un historique détaillé de toutes les activités effectuées pour un travail donné. Pour chaque travail, la vue Historique affiche ce qui suit :

• une description de chacune des actions entreprises sur le travail (vous pouvez développer chaque description pour afficher des détails supplémentaires, puis double-cliquer sur chaque détail pour afficher un complément d'informations et copier le texte) ;
• les messages individuels pour chaque action (les mêmes messages apparaissent dans la boîte de dialogue Infos sur le processus lorsque le processus est actif)
• la date et l'heure de l'action
• la gravité du message

Pour désencombrer la vue Historique, vous pouvez détruire les messages si vous y êtes autorisé.

In der Ansicht Verlauf im Job Manager wird der detaillierte Verlauf der gesamten Aktivitäten für einen bestimmten Job angezeigt. In der Ansicht Verlauf werden für jeden Job folgende Informationen angezeigt:

• eine Beschreibung aller Aktionen, die für den Job ausgeführt wurden (Sie können die einzelnen Beschreibungen erweitern, um zusätzliche Details anzuzeigen. Durch Doppelklicken auf die einzelnen Details können Sie weitere Informationen anzeigen und den Text kopieren.)
• Einzelne Meldungen für jede Aktion (dieselben Meldungen werden im Dialogfeld „Prozess-Info" angezeigt, wenn der Prozess aktiv ist)
• Datum und Uhrzeit der Aktion
• Schweregrad der Meldung

Wenn die Ansicht „Verlauf" zu unübersichtlich wird, können Sie Meldungen löschen, sofern Sie dazu berechtigt sind.

• Wählen Sie in Job Manager im Menü Ansicht die Option Verlauf.

La vista Historial del Administrador de trabajos muestra el historial detallado de toda la actividad correspondiente a un trabajo concreto. Para cada trabajo se muestra la vista Historial:

• Una descripción de cada acción realizada en el trabajo (puede expandir cada descripción para ver detalles adicionales y hacer doble clic en cada detalle adicional para ver más información o copiar el texto)
• Mensajes individuales para cada acción (los mismos mensajes se muestran en el cuadro de diálogo Información del proceso cuando el proceso está activo.)
• La fecha y hora en que se inició la acción
• La gravedad del mensaje

Si la vista Historial se sobrecarga, puede destruir los mensajes si tiene permiso para ello.

• En el Administrador de trabajos, en el menú Ver, seleccione Historial.
