You can copy a text or shape annotation from one file to another file in Smart Review. Copying annotations enables you to quickly apply the same annotation to multiple files. For example, you might want to do this if you need to approve several similar files and you want to add the
same annotation to all of the files.

1. To copy a whole text or shape annotation, right-click the annotation that you want to copy and select Copy.
   Note: You can select and copy multiple annotations at the same time.

2. Select the file to which you want to copy the annotation or annotation text.

3. Right-click the file and select Paste.

Smart Review で、あるファイルのテキストまたは図形の注釈を別のファイルにコピーすることができます。注釈をコピーすることにより、複数のファイルに同じ注釈を簡単に適用できます。たとえば、複数の類似のファイルを承認する必要があり、それらのすべてのファイルに同じ注釈を追加する場合に、

1. テキストまたは図形の注釈全体をコピーするには、コピーする注釈を右クリックして、［コピー］を選択します。
   注意：一度に複数の注釈を選択してコピーすることもできます。

2. 注釈または注釈テキストのコピー先ファイルを選択します。

3. ファイルを右クリックして、［貼り付け］を選択します。
