Unlabeled list and results area

Selecting an item in the list at the top left of the dialog box displays that item's contents in the box below.
When you select:

• • Volumes, the volumes in your system appear
  • A volume name, folders at the root of the selected volume appear
  • A folder name, files within the folder appear

The path of the displayed item in the list appears in reverse order, for example, folder name followed by volume name.

Volumes

Displays all volumes in the Prinergy system.

Job Folder

(Visible only when you reach this dialog box by clicking Import Job in Job Finder, not Import Job (Incremental) in the Job Manager).
Opens the job folder for the current job.

Selected Job Info

Displays information about the job that is selected in the Choose Job lists. It displays either the job name or a warning that the job is not an export file.

Show Hidden Files

Select this check box to include hidden files, such as system files, in the results.
You can set the default selection of this check box on the View tab of the Workshop Preferences dialog box.

Select

Click this button to open the Choose Process Template dialog box, where you can change the import process template that controls the current import.

Liste sans titre et zone de résultats

La sélection d'un élément de la liste située en haut à gauche de la boîte de dialogue affiche le contenu de cet élément dans le champ inférieur.
Quand vous sélectionnez :

• • Volumes, les volumes de votre système s'affichent
  • Un nom de volume et les dossiers à la racine du volume sélectionné s'affichent.

Cette option affiche des informations sur le travail sélectionné dans les listes Sélectionner un travail. Elle affiche soit le nom du travail, soit un message d'avertissement indiquant que le travail en question n'est pas un fichier d'exportation.

Afficher les fichiers masqués

Cochez cette case pour inclure les fichiers cachés, tels que les fichiers systèmes, dans les résultats.
Vous pouvez définir la configuration par défaut de cette case à cocher dans l'onglet Affichage de la boîte de dialogue Préférences Workshop.

Sélectionner

Cliquez sur ce bouton pour ouvrir la boîte de dialogue Sélectionner un modèle de processus, dans laquelle vous pouvez modifier le modèle de processus d'importation qui contrôle l'importation courante.

显示隐藏文件

选择此复选框可以包含结果中的隐藏文件，如系统文件。

选择

Unbenannte Liste und Ergebnisbereich

Wenn Sie ein Element in der Liste oben links im Dialogfeld auswählen, wird der Inhalt des betreffenden Elements im untenstehenden Feld angezeigt.

Ausgewähltes Element:

• • Laufwerke: Die Laufwerke in Ihrem System werden angezeigt.
  • Ein Laufwerksname: In der Liste werden die Ordner im Stammverzeichnis des ausgewählten Laufwerks angezeigt.
  • Ein Ordnername: Die Dateien im Ordner werden angezeigt.

Der Pfad des angezeigten Elements in der Liste wird in umgekehrter Reihenfolge angezeigt, beispielsweise folgt ein Laufwerksname auf einen Ordnernamen.

Laufwerke

Zeigt alle Laufwerke im Prinergy-System an.

Job-Ordner

(Wird nur angezeigt, wenn Sie dieses Dialogfeld über Import-Job im Job Finder und nicht über Import des Jobs (Inkremental) aufrufen.)
Öffnet den Job-Ordner für den aktuellen Job.

Selektiertes Job-Info

Zeigt Informationen über den in den Listen Job auswählen ausgewählten Job an. Das Fenster zeigt entweder den Job-Namen oder eine Warnmeldung, dass der Job keine Exportdatei ist.

Ausgeblendete Dateien anzeigen

Aktivieren Sie dieses Kontrollkästchen, um ausgeblendete Dateien (z. B. Systemdateien) in die Ergebnisse einzubinden.
Sie können die Standardauswahl dieses Kontrollkästchens auf der Registerkarte Ansicht im Dialogfeld „Workshop-Voreinstellungen" festlegen.

Auswählen

Klicken Sie auf diese Schaltfläche, um das Dialogfeld „Prozessvorlage auswählen" zu öffnen, in dem Sie die Importprozessvorlage zur Steuerung des aktuellen Imports ändern können.

ラベルのないリストおよび結果領域

選択されたジョブの情報

ジョブの選択リストで選択したジョブに関する情報が表示されます。ジョブ名が表示されるか、ジョブがエクスポートされたファイルではないという警告が表示されるかのいずれかです。

隠しファイルを表示

このチェックボックスを選択して、システム ファイルなどの隠しファイルを結果に格納します。
このオプションをデフォルトで選択するには、［Workshop 環境設定］ダイアログ ボックスの表示タブで設定します。

選択

このボタンをクリックすると、［プロセス テンプレートの選択］ダイアログ ボックスが開きます。このダイアログ ボックスで、インポートを制御するインポート プロセス テンプレートを選択できます。

Área de resultados y lista sin etiquetar

Al seleccionar un elemento de la lista de la parte superior izquierda del cuadro de diálogo, se mostrará el contenido de dicho elemento en el cuadro inferior.

Al seleccionar:

• • Volúmenes: se muestran los volúmes del sistema.
  • Un nombre de volumen: se muestran las carpetas situadas en el directorio raíz del volumen seleccionado.
  • Un nombre de carpeta: se muestran los archivos contenidos en la carpeta.

Se muestra la ruta del elemento en orden inverso (por ejemplo, el nombre de carpeta seguido del nombre de volumen).

Volúmenes

Muestra todos los volúmenes en el sistema Prinergy.

Carpeta de trabajo

(Visible sólo cuando se accede a este cuadro de diálogo haciendo clic en la opción Importar trabajo del Buscador de trabajos, no en Importar trabajo (incremental) del Administrador de trabajos.)
Abre la carpeta de trabajo correspondiente al trabajo activo.

Información del trabajo seleccionado
