  1. Abra el cuadro de diálogo Separaciones de colores:
    1. Cambie a la vista Separaciones o Pliegos.
    2. Seleccione un pliego.
    3. En el menú Editar, seleccione Separaciones de colores.
  2. Haga clic en Agregar separación.
  3. En el cuadro de diálogo Agregar separación, escriba un nombre en el cuadro Nombrey haga clic en Agregar.
    La nueva separación se muestra en la columna Color de página.
  4. Si quiere asignar un color a este nuevo color:
    • En la columna Color de página , haga clic en el color que desee asignar.
    • En la lista Salida de la selección como, seleccione el nuevo color que haya creado.
  5. Haga clic en Aceptar.

Por ejemplo, si tiene tres separaciones de azul PANTONE distintas en el cuadro Color de página, escrita cada una de forma distinta, puede crear una nueva escrita correctamente y asignar las tres incorrectas a ella.

  1. Open the Color Separations dialog box:
    1. Switch to the Separations or Signatures view.
    2. Select a signature.
    3. From the Edit menu, select Color Separations.
  2. Click Add Separation.
  3. In the Add Separations dialog box, type a name in the Name box and click Add.
    The new separation is listed in the Page Color column.
  4. If you want to map a color to this new color:
    1. In the Page Color column, click the color you want to map.
    2. In the Output Selected as list, select the new color you created.
    For example, if you have three different PANTONE Blue separations listed in the Page Color box, and each one is spelled differently, you can create a new, correctly spelled color name, then map each incorrectly spelled spot color to the new color name.
  5. Click OK.
