The InSite upgrade files are available from Partner Place at https://partnerplace.kodak.com/ Customer Portal (If you are a registered user).

  1. Log on to Partner PlaceCustomer Portal.

  2. On Partner Place Customer Portal home page, select select Service & Support > Prepress Software Downloads.

  3. In the Filter by Product area, select Unified Workflow > Portal Products > INSITE Prepress Portal System > 9.25.

  4. Click the InSite Prepress Portal 9.25 - Downloads link.

  5. Perform one of the following actions:

    The server that is upgraded
    Do this:
    Satellite server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 9.25 Installer link and download the InSite_9.25.0.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your InSite satellite server.2. Click the Oracle 19.0 installer link and download the Oracle19.0_installer.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder folder on your InSite satellite server.

    Main Enterprise server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 9.25 Installer link and download the InSite_9.25.0.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your main enterprise server.

    2. Click the Oracle 19.0 Patch Set installer link and download the Oracle19.0_installer.zip file the OraclePatchSet.zipfile to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your main enterprise server.

    Standby Enterprise server

    1. On the Downloads page, click the IPP 9.25 Installer link and download the InSite_9.25.0.zip file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your standby enterprise server.

    2. Click the Oracle 19.0 Patch Set installer link and download the Oracle19OraclePatchSet.0_installer.zip file file to the J:\InSiteStuff folder on your standby main enterprise server.
