You can use the Custom Fields Manager dialog box to create custom fields for a job, or for elements in a job.
Note: If this dialog box is in read-only mode, you do not have rights to work with custom fields. Contact your system administrator to give you rights using Prinergy Administrator.

Category

Select a job or job element to display and manage custom field information. Click  to expand or minimize the category list panel.

Name

Identifies the names of the custom fields for the element selected.
You cannot edit this column. If you want to update the name of the custom field, you have to delete the custom filed and create a new one.

Default Value

Identifies the default value of the custom field.
You can edit a default value for a custom field by selecting the default value column and updating the value. For example, if the Type for the default value is set to Date, you can select the default value column and click the triangle to display a calendar to select a new date.

Type

Identifies the data type for the custom field that is used to show information about the job or element selected. The options are as follows:
Text: Use alphabetical characters only.
Integer: Use whole numbers only.
Decimal: Use numerical values only.
Yes/No: Checkbox (selected=Yes)
Date: Select a date from the calendar.
You cannot edit this column. If you want to update the data type for the custom field, you have to delete the custom field and create a new one.

Show in Workshop

In Job Finder and Job Manager, this check box identifies if the custom fields for the job or element selected appear in the Visible Columns and Get Info dialog boxes. You can turn this value ON or OFF for the custom field by selecting or clearing the check box.

Create

Click the Create button to add a new custom field for the job or element selected.

Delete

Select a custom field, and click Delete to remove it from the system. When a warning message appears, click Continue to confirm the deletion.

You can create custom fields automatically if you use Business Link software and have a defined XSLT file.
If you select this check box, the custom fields for the element you selected are automatically created and populated with information from an XSLT file that you selected.

Select the XSLT file that Prinergy uses to interpret the JDF file.

Category

Nom

Valeur par défaut

Identifie la valeur par défaut du champ personnalisé.
Vous pouvez modifier la valeur par défaut d'un champ personnalisé en sélectionnant la colonne des valeurs par défaut et en mettant la valeur à jour. Par exemple, si le type de la valeur par défaut est défini sur Date, vous pouvez sélectionner la colonne des valeurs par défaut puis cliquer sur le triangle pour afficher un calendrier qui vous permet de choisir une nouvelle date.

Type

Identifie le type d'informations figurant dans le champ personnalisé qui est utilisé pour afficher les informations relatives au travail ou à l'élément sélectionné. Les options sont les suivantes :
Texte : utilisez uniquement des caractères alphabétiques.
Nombre entier : utilisez uniquement des nombres entiers.
Nombre décimal : utilisez uniquement des valeurs numériques.
Oui / Non : case à cocher (activée=Oui)
Date : sélectionnez une date dans le calendrier.
Vous ne pouvez pas modifier cette colonne. Si vous souhaitez actualiser le type d'informations du champ personnalisé, vous devez supprimer ce dernier et en créer un nouveau.

Afficher dans Workshop

Dans l'Explorateur des travaux et dans le Gestionnaire des travaux, cette case à cocher identifie si les champs personnalisés du travail ou de l'élément sélectionné apparaissent dans les boîtes de dialogue Colonnes visibles et Obtenir des infos. Vous pouvez activer ou désactiver cette valeur en activant ou en désactivant la case à cocher.

Créer

Cliquez sur le bouton Créer pour ajouter un nouveau champ personnalisé pour le travail ou l'élément sélectionné.

Supprimer

Sélectionnez un champ personnalisé, puis cliquez sur Supprimer pour le supprimer du système. Un message d'avertissement apparaît ; cliquez sur Continuer pour confirmer la suppression.

La création automatique de champs personnalisés est possible si vous utilisez le logiciel Business Link et que vous avez défini un fichier XSLT.

日期：请从日历中选择一个日期。
不能编辑此栏。如果要更新自定义字段的数据类型，必须删除自定义字段并创建新字段。

在 Workshop 中显示

在作业浏览器和作业管理器中，该复选框表示选定作业或元素的自定义字段是否显示在"可见栏"和"获取信息"对话框中。您可以通过选中或清除此复选框，打开或关闭自定义字段的该值。

删除

Typ

Text: Verwenden Sie hier ausschließlich Buchstaben.

Ja/Nein: Kontrollkästchen (ausgewählt = Ja)
Datum: Wählen Sie ein Datum aus dem Kalender aus.

In Workshop anzeigen

Im Job Finder und Job Manager kennzeichnet dieses Kontrollkästchen, ob die benutzerdefinierten Felder für den ausgewählten Job bzw. das Element in den Dialogfeldern „Sichtbare Spalten" und „Info abrufen" angezeigt werden. Sie können diesen Wert für das benutzerdefinierte Feld auf EIN oder AUS setzen, indem Sie das Kontrollkästchen aktivieren oder deaktivieren.

Erstellen

Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Erstellen, um dem ausgewählten Job bzw. Element ein neues benutzerdefiniertes Feld hinzuzufügen.

Löschen

Wählen Sie ein benutzerdefiniertes Feld aus, und klicken Sie auf Löschen, um das Feld aus dem System zu entfernen. Klicken Sie auf Fortfahren, wenn eine Warnmeldung angezeigt wird, um den Löschvorgang zu bestätigen.

Benutzerdefinierte Felder lassen sich automatisch erstellen, wenn Sie die Business Link-Software verwenden und über eine definierte XSLT-Datei verfügen.

XSLT-Datei

Wählen Sie die XSLT-Datei aus, die von Prinergy als JDF-Datei interpretiert wird.

Workshop に表示

作成

削除

カスタム フィールドを選択して削除をクリックすると、フィールドがシステムから削除されます。警告メッセージが表示されたら、続行をクリックして削除します。

Business Link ソフトウェアを使用して XSLT ファイルを定義している場合、カスタム フィールドを自動的に作成できます。

Categoría

Por ejemplo, si el tipo del valor predeterminado se define como Fecha, puede seleccionar la columna del valor predeterminado y hacer clic en el triángulo para ver un calendario en el que seleccionar una fecha nueva.

Tipo

Identifica el tipo de datos para el campo personalizado que se utiliza para mostrar la información sobre el trabajo o elemento seleccionado. Las opciones son las siguientes:
Texto: utilice sólo caracteres alfabéticos.
Número entero: utilice sólo números enteros.
Número decimal: utilice únicamente valores numéricos.

Crear
