You can determine which users will be allowed to create and edit process templates in Prinergy. This is done by setting user rights in Prinergy Administrator.
When a user who doesn't have the right to edit process templates is logged into Prinergy Workshop, an [x] appears to the right of the Process Template Editor menu options and the menu options are unavailable. In addition, clicking Edit Process Templates in the Start Process window will allow you to only check the process template parameters and not change and save them.

Puede decidir qué usuarios podrán crear y modificar plantillas de proceso en Prinergy. Para ello, deberá definir los derechos de usuario en Prinergy Administrator.
Si un usuario que no tiene derechos para modificar las plantillas de proceso se conecta a Prinergy Workshop, aparecerá una cruz [x] a la derecha de las opciones del menú Editor de plantillas de proceso y las opciones aparecerán atenuadas y no estarán disponibles.
