Files or folders can be interrupted during the process of copying from your workstation or network to your printer's job server. When the upload fails, a red x appears under File Uploads in the details panel. To view a message about the failed upload, hover your cursor over the red x. You can delete failed file or folder uploads.

File or folder uploads can fail when:

• You close the Uploads dialog box.
• You log out of the system.
• Your Internet connection fails.
• Your browser stops responding.
• Your browser reuses the upload window when you click a link in another software application.
• There is a power failure.

ワークステーションまたはネットワークからプリンタのジョブ サーバーへのコピー処理中に、ファイルまたはフォルダのコピーが中断される場合があります。アップロードが失敗した場合、詳細パネルの［ファイルのアップロード］の下に赤い x が表示されます。失敗したアップロードに関するメッセージを確認するには、赤い x の上にカーソルを合わせます。アップロードできなかったファイルまたはフォルダは、アップロードを削除することができます。

ファイルまたはフォルダをアップロードできない原因には、次のような場合があります。

• ［アップロード］ダイアログ ボックスを閉じた場合。
• システムからログアウトした場合。
• インターネット接続が切断された場合。
• ブラウザが応答しなくなった場合。
• 別のソフトウェア アプリケーションでリンクをクリックしたときに、ブラウザのアップロード ウィンドウと同じウィンドウが使用された場合。
• 電源障害が発生した場合。
