Tras descargar el afinador y configurar una impresora PostScript, utilice este procedimiento para imprimir un archivo PostScript desde QuarkXPress 7 u 8.

    En QuarkXPress, abra el documento y haga clic en Archivo > Imprimir.
  2. Haga clic en Impresora y en Aceptar en el cuadro del mensaje.
  3. En el cuadro de diálogo Imprimir, haga clic en PDF y seleccione Guardar PDF como PostScript.
  4. En el cuadro de diálogo Guardar, asigne un nombre al archivo y guárdelo donde desee. Haga clic en Guardar.
  5. En el cuadro de diálogo Imprimir, en la ficha Dispositivo, en el cuadro PPD, seleccione Afinador de Prinergy.
  6. En la ficha Color, en el cuadro Modo, seleccione Compuesto. En el cuadro Configurar, seleccione No cambiar. Seleccione las opciones adecuadas para OPI, las marcas y otros elementos. Consulte Opciones relevantes para la impresión en PostScript.
  7. Haga clic en Imprimir.

After downloading the refiner and setting up a PS printer, use this procedure to print a PostScript file from QuarkXPress 7 or 8.

  1. In the QuarkXPress software, open the document and click File > Print.
  2. Click Printer, and click OK in the message dialog box.
  3. In the Print dialog box, click PDF, and select Save PDF as PostScript.
  4. In the Save dialog box, define the desired location and file name, and click Save.
  5. In the Print dialog box, on the Device tab, in the PPD box, select Prinergy Refiner.
  6. On the Color tab, in the Mode box, select Composite. In the Setup box, select As is. Select the appropriate options for OPI, marks, and other aspects. See Relevant options for printing to PostScript for Prinergy.
  7. Click Print.
