Use text and shape annotations in Smart Review to add comments and specify required changes to a file.
You can use the following types of annotations:

• Text annotations
• Straight and free-form lines
• Squares/rectangles
• Circles/ovals
• Horizontal and vertical guides
• Multiple shapes

Note: When you annotate a file that has multiple revisions, the annotations apply to the current revision only. If you display a different revision in Smart Review, annotations that you added to other revisions do not appear.

The annotation tools are available only when you have a job role that includes the Annotate user right and when the page status is Approval Requested or Approval in Progress.

Smart Review でコメントの追加や、依頼されたファイルの変更を指定するには、テキストおよび図形の注釈を使用します。
次の種類の注釈を使用できます。

• テキスト注釈
• 直線および自由曲線
• 正方形／長方形
• 円／楕円
• 垂直および水平のガイド
• 複数の図形

注意：複数の更新履歴があるファイルに注釈を付ける場合、注釈は最新の更新履歴にのみ適用されます。Smart Review で異なる更新履歴を表示する場合、他の更新履歴に追加した注釈は表示されません。

注釈ツールは、「注釈」ユーザー権限を含むジョブ権限を持ち、ページ ステータスが「校正依頼」の場合にのみ使用できます。
