After installing Matchprint Virtual and setting a fixed luminance, make sure that the viewing booth luminance matches your monitor luminance. For more information, see the Matchprint Virtual Best Viewing Practices Guide.

  1. Log in to Kodak's Customer Portal website at Customer Portal, using your Customer Portal credentials.
  2. Click on the Service & Support Knowledge Search tab, then select Search Knowledgebase AnswersWorkflow Software Solutions > Online Portals & Proofing in the left-hand pane.
  3. In the resulting search and results page 'what are you looking for?' field, type either 37266  KA23771 or Matchprint Virtual - Downloads in the search field.

  4. Download the Matchprint Virtual 11.5 software to a temporary location on your computer. 

  5. Double-click the installer icon, and follow the instructions.
  6. Restart the computer.

  7. Connect the measuring device to a USB port on the Mac computer.
    Important: Do not use the USB port on the monitor, keyboard, or USB hub.

  8. In addition, view any supporting Matchprint Virtual documentation for the latest installation instructions at Matchprint Virtual 11.05.
