  • The first subpage refines with an error and no file named <file>.p1.pdf is generated.
  • The second and third subpages refine correctly and files named .p2.pdf and .p3.pdf are generated.

Apply Page Scaling Factor if resulting PDF is less than 200x200 inches

This option would also remove the UserUnits dictionary from the PDF and apply's the scaling factor. This avoids a problem where the PDF refined into Prinergy is 10x smaller than the PDF size as seen in Acrobat.
