Icon (See About process status icons)

progress bar (unlabeled)

Indicates the overall percentage of the process that is complete.
If a process template executes more than one JTP, each JTP has its own progress bar.
The same progress bar appears under the process in the Processes pane of Job Manager while the process is active.

Stop

Click this button to stop a running process.
After the process ends, this button changes to a Close button.

Close

Click this button to close the Process Info dialog box.
This button appears only after the process ends. While the process is running, the button is a Stop button that you can use to stop the process.

Process Details

Process Template

The name of the process template used to initiate the process.
If you modified the process template when you initiated the process by clicking the Edit Process Template button in the Start Process dialog box, the process template name will appear as Process Template:<name> (Modified).

Process Template Group

The group to which the process template used to initiate the process belongs.

Submitted by

The user who initiated the process.

Job

The job from within which the process was initiated.

Comment

Any comments that the user entered in the Output Comment box of the Start Process dialog box when they initiated the process.
These comments are also stored in the History view for the job.

Status / Process Status

The status of the process, for example, Queued, Active, or Ended.

Submitted (at)

The date and time that the process was initiated.

Started (at)

The date and time that the JTP (job ticket processor) began executing the process.

Ended at

The date and time that the JTP (job ticket processor) finished the process.

system messages box (unlabeled)

Displays details about the progress of the process. The following types of messages may appear:

• •   Information—the action completed successfully.
  •   Warning—the action encountered a problem but carried on to completion.
  •   Error—the action failed.

After the process is complete, these details can also available in the History view.

Process Elements

Lists the element or elements being processed, by file name and file type.

Barre de progression (sans titre)

Arrêter

Cliquez sur ce bouton pour interrompre l'exécution d'un processus.
Une fois le processus terminé, il se transforme en bouton Fermer.

Fermer

Cliquez sur ce bouton pour fermer la boîte de dialogue Infos sur le processus.
Ce bouton s'affiche uniquement à la fin du processus. Lorsque le processus est en cours d'exécution, vous avez accès à un bouton Arrêter qui vous permet de l'interrompre.

Détails du processus

Modèle de processus

Nom du modèle de processus utilisé pour lancer le processus.
Si vous modifiez le modèle d'un processus lors de son lancement en cliquant sur le bouton Modifier un modèle de processus de la boîte de dialogue Démarrer le processus, le nom de ce modèle apparaît sous la forme Modèle de processus :< nom> (Modifié).

Groupe de modèles de processus

Groupe auquel appartient le modèle de processus utilisé pour lancer le processus.

Envoyé par

Utilisateur qui a lancé le processus.

Travail

Le travail à partir duquel le processus a été lancé.

Commentaire

Toutes les remarque saisies par l'utilisateur dans le champ Commentaire de sortie de la boîte de dialogue Démarrer le processus lors du lancement du processus.
Ces commentaires sont également enregistrés dans la vue Historique du travail.

État / État du processus

État du processus, par exemple : En file d'attente, Actif ou Terminé.

Envoyé (à)

Date et heure de lancement du processus.

Démarré (à)

Date et heure à laquelle le JTP (Job Ticket Processor) a commencé à exécuter le processus.

Terminé à

Date et heure auxquelles le JTP (Job Ticket Processor) a terminé le processus.

Champ Messages du système (sans titre)

Affiche des informations sur la progression du processus. Les types de messages suivants sont susceptibles de s'afficher :

• • Information : l'action a été réalisée correctement.
  • Avertissement : l'action a rencontré un problème, mais s'est poursuivie jusqu'au bout.
  • Erreur : l'action a échoué.

Une fois le processus terminé, vous pouvez consulter ces informations dans la vue Historique.

Éléments du processus

Cette option répertorie le ou les éléments en cours de traitement, par nom et type de fichier.

处理模板组

用于启动处理的处理模板所属的组。

递交者

启动处理的用户。

作业

从中启动处理的作业。

备注

用户在启动处理时在开始处理对话框的输出说明框中输入的任何说明。
这些说明也存储在作业的历史记录视图中。

状态/处理状态

处理的状态，例如，排队、活动或结束。

递交时间

启动处理的日期和时间。

启动时间

JTP（作业传票处理器）开始执行处理的日期和时间。

结束时间

系统消息框（未标明）

Statusanzeige (ohne Bezeichnung)

Gibt den Gesamtfortschritt des Prozesses in Prozent an.
Wenn eine Prozessvorlage mehrere JTPs verarbeitet, wird für jeden JTP eine eigene Statusanzeige angezeigt.
Die gleiche Statusanzeige wird in Job Manager im Bereich Prozesse für den Prozess angezeigt, solange er aktiv ist.

Anhalten

Klicken Sie zum Anhalten eines laufenden Prozesses auf diese Schaltfläche.
Nach Beendigung des Prozesses ändert sich die Schaltfläche in die Schaltfläche Schließen.

Schließen

Klicken Sie zum Schließen des Dialogfelds "Prozess-Info" auf diese Schaltfläche.
Die Schaltfläche wird erst nach Beendigung des Prozesses angezeigt. Während der Ausführung des Prozesses ist dies die Schaltfläche Anhalten, über die Sie den Prozess anhalten können.

Prozessdetails

Prozessvorlage

Name der Prozessvorlage, die zum Einleiten des Prozesses verwendet wird.
Wenn Sie die Prozessvorlage beim Einleiten des Prozesses im Dialogfeld „Prozess starten" durch Klicken auf die Schaltfläche Bearbeiten von Prozessvorlagen geändert haben, wird der Name der Prozessvorlage wie folgt angezeigt: Prozessvorlage: <Name> (Geändert).

Prozessvorlagengruppe

Die Gruppe, zu der die zum Einleiten des Prozesses verwendete Prozessvorlage gehört.

Vorgelegt von

Der Benutzer, der den Prozess eingeleitet hat.

Job

Der Job, von dem aus der Prozess eingeleitet wurde.

Kommentar

Zeigt alle Kommentare, die der Benutzer beim Einleiten des Prozesses im Dialogfeld "Prozess starten" in das Feld Ausgabe-Kommentar eingegeben hat.
Diese Kommentare werden für den Job auch in der Ansicht Verlauf gespeichert.

Status/Prozessstatus

Status des Prozesses, z. B. In Warteschlange, Aktiv oder Beendet.

Vorgelegt (um)

Datum und Uhrzeit der Einleitung des Prozesses.

Begonnen (um)

Datum und Uhrzeit, zu dem der JTP (Job Ticket Processor) die Ausführung des Prozesses begonnen hat.

Beendet um

Der Zeitpunkt (Datum und Uhrzeit), zu dem der JTP (Job Ticket Processor) den Prozess abgeschlossen hat.
Feld für Systemnachrichten (ohne Bezeichnung)

Zeigt Details über den Verlauf des Prozesses an. Die folgenden Meldungstypen können angezeigt werden:

• • Information: Die Aktion wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Warnung: Bei der Aktion ist ein Problem aufgetreten, sie wurde jedoch abgeschlossen.
  • Fehler: Die Aktion ist fehlgeschlagen.

Nach Abschluss des Prozesses werden diese Details auch in der Ansicht Verlauf angezeigt.

Prozesselemente

Listet das sich in der Verarbeitung befindliche Element (bzw. die Elemente) nach Dateiname und Dateiart auf.

プロセスが終了したときのみこのボタンが表示されます。プロセスの実行中は、このボタンは停止ボタンになり、プロセスの停止に使用できます。

プロセス詳細

プロセス テンプレート

プロセスに使用されているプロセス テンプレート名です。
プロセスの開始時に、［プロセスの開始］ダイアログ ボックスのプロセス テンプレートの編集ボタンをクリックしてプロセス テンプレートを修正した場合、プロセス テンプレート名はプロセス テンプレート：<名前>（Modified）として表示されます。

プロセス テンプレート グループ

実行するプロセスが属するプロセス テンプレート グループです。

送信者

プロセスを開始したユーザーです。

ジョブ

プロセスを実行したジョブです。

コメント

プロセス開始時に、［プロセスの開始］ダイアログ ボックスの出力コメントボックスにユーザーが入力したコメントです。
このコメントはジョブの履歴表示にも保存されます。

ステータス／プロセス ステータス

プロセスのステータスは、待機中、アクティブ、または終了などです。

送信

プロセスが開始された日付および時刻。

開始日時

JTP（Job Ticket Processor）がプロセスを実行開始した日付および時刻。

終了

JTP（Job Ticket Processor）がプロセスを終了した日付および時刻。

システム メッセージ ボックス（ラベルなし）

プロセスの進捗の詳細を表示します。以下のメッセージ タイプが表示されます。

• • 情報：正常に完了した操作。
  • 警告：問題が発生したが、プロセスを完了させた操作。

Si una plantilla de proceso ejecuta más de un JTP, cada JTP tiene su propia barra de progreso.

Detener

Haga clic en este botón para detener la ejecución de un proceso.
Una vez finalizado el proceso, el botón cambia a Cerrar.

Cerrar

Este botón sólo aparece cuando el proceso concluye. Mientras el proceso está en ejecución, puede utilizar el botón Detener para detener el proceso.

Plantilla de proceso
