A preset is a named collection of settings defined in the Digital Job Ticket Editor that you can save and reuse at a later time. After you finish defining the settings in the Digital Job Ticket Editor, click Image Added (located on the right of the Preset box), and select Save As to create a preset of these settings.

You can create presets, change them, rename and delete them. You can also reload the last-saved settings of a preset from the Prinergy server. This is extremely useful when more than one clients are using the same presets at the same time.

Notes:

• Presets are not availble in Device Track.
• The asterisk character ‘*’ cannot be used in a preset name.
• Double spaces or more result in one space in a preset name.
• The collection of presets are part of the Prinergy System Backup & Restore procedure.
