- In the Setup File Input dialog box, set the following options:
- Select the Media Configuration and Layout options as needed.
- In the Halftone Handling list, select None.
- In the Color Handling list, select CMYK With Spots Press is Final Output.
- Click Next to display the Process Settings dialog box.
- On the Spot Colors tab, specify how spot colors are to be handled:
- If you want one type of handling to be automatically applied to all spot colors processed by this hot folder, choose an option in the Handling list.
- If you want to handle individual spot colors differently by mapping them to specific color libraries on a per-proof basis, select the Selective Map to Process check box. When you select this check box, the software ignores the current Handling selection.
- Select the default factory color library and/or user color library that this hot folder should use for printing the CMYK and spot colors.
Note: The Selective Map to Process feature allows you to override these default library selections on a per-proof basis. - On the ICC Settings tab, select Use ICC Profile Color Management, and set the color-space options as needed.
