Page History

When you are asked to review pages in a job, you receive an e-mail notification listing the pages to review.
After you have reviewed the pages in Smart Review, you can set the review status of the pages in Smart Review or in Prepress Portal.

1. Locate the job, and click the job name.
   The job's pages are displayed.
2. Review the pages in Smart Review. (In the Pages list, click a page or click Smart Review.)

3. After you have reviewed the pages in Smart Review, in Prepress Portal, set the review status using the toolbar buttons in the Pages area:

   If the page is	Do this
   OK	a. Select the pages that you want to approve. b. Click Approve. c. In the Approve dialog box, select Review - OK. d.(Optional) In the Reviewed - OK dialog box, type a comment. f. Click Apply. A Reviewed - OK status iconappears in the page row, under Review.
   Not OK	a. Select one or more pages you want to reject. b. Click Reject. c. In the Approve dialog box, select Review - Not OK. d. (Optional) In the Reviewed - Not OK dialog box, type a comment. f. Click Apply. On the Pages tab, a Reviewed - Not OK status iconappears in the page row, under Review.

   Note: The settings for the review-and-approval workflow on the Customer Administration page, the page status, and the user's rights determine whether the user can approve or review the pages.
   For more information, see the topic about customer information on the Customer Administration page.
   Note: After you complete your review, an e-mail message is automatically sent to the person who requested the review informing them that you are finished.

4. (If requested) Approve the page color.

ジョブ内のページの確認を依頼されると、確認するページが一覧表示された E-メール通知が送信されます。
Smart Review でページを確認したら、Smart Review または Prepress Portal でページの確認ステータスを設定できます。

1. ジョブを探して、ジョブ名をクリックします。
   ジョブのページが表示されます。
2. Smart Review でページを確認します（ページ リストでページまたは［Smart Review］をクリックします）。

3. Smart Review でページを確認したら、Prepress Portal で以下の手順を使用して、［ページ］領域のツールバー ボタンを使用して確認ステータスを設定します。

   ページの状態	手順
   OK	a. 承認または却下するページを選択します。 b. ［承認］をクリックします。 c.［承認］ダイアログ ボックスで、［確認 - OK］をクリックします。 d.（任意操作）［確認済み - OK］ダイアログ ボックスで、コメントを入力します。 f. ［適用］をクリックします。 ［確認済み - OK］ステータス アイコンがページ行の［レビュー］の下に表示されます。
   NG	a. 却下するページを 1 ページ以上選択します。 b. ［却下］をクリックします。 c.［承認］ダイアログ ボックスで、［確認 - NG］を選択します。 d.（任意操作）確認済み - NGダイアログ ボックスに、コメントを入力します。 f. ［適用］をクリックします。 ［ページ］タブで、［確認済み - NG］ステータス アイコンがページ行の［レビュー］の下に表示されます。

   注意：顧客管理ページの確認と承認のワークフロー設定、ページ ステータス、およびユーザーの権限によって、ユーザーがページの承認や確認ができるかどうかが決まります。

   注意：確認が完了すると、その完了を知らせる電子メール メッセージが、確認の依頼者に対して自動的に送信されます。

4. カラーを承認します（依頼されている場合）。
