To activate a software-based license, you provide the serial number in the Licensing Control dialog box that appears when you first start the new software. If the installation is licensed by a workflow server, you can set the default floating-license type, and view who is currently using each license.
When the software is running, you can use Command/Ctrl+U to access the Licensing Control dialog box, or select Preps/Edit > License.
Software License
Select for software-based licensing.
Licensed to, Company
Provide the names.
Serial Number
Provide the serial number for your license that you received from Kodak, either in an e-mail message or on Partner Place at https://partnerplace.kodak.com/ under Service & Support > Product Registration and License Activation > View registered products. The serial number contains a combination of capital letters and numbers and is not case-sensitive.
License Key
After you perform the procedure to retrieve your license, your new license key appears in this box.
Prinergy Floating License
Select for installations in workflow systems that use server-based licensing.
License Server
Select or specify the host name or IP address of the workflow server that manages the floating licenses.
Licenses
Select the default license type, if more than one license type is available in your system.
Type
Lists the available license types.
Available
Lists the number of floating licenses that are currently available for each type.
Total
Lists the number of installed floating licenses

Para activar una licencia basada en software, escriba el número de serie en el cuadro de diálogo Control de licencia que aparece la primera vez que se abre el nuevo software. Si la instalación recibe su licencia de un servidor de flujo de trabajo, puede definir el tipo de licencia flotante predeterminado y ver quién está usando actualmente cada licencia.
Cuando se está ejecutando el software, puede utilizar Comando/Ctrl + U para acceder al cuadro de diálogo Control de licencia, o también puede seleccionar Preps/Editar > Licencia.

Proporcione los nombres.
Número de serie
Indique el número de serie de la licencia que le proporcionó Kodak en un mensaje de correo electrónico o en Partner Place en https://partnerplace.kodak.com/ (Servicio y asistencia > Registro de productos y activación de licencia > Ver productos registrados). El número de serie contiene una combinación de letras y números, y no distingue entre mayúsculas y minúsculas.

Licencia flotante de Prinergy
Seleccione esta opción para instalaciones en sistemas de flujo de trabajo que utilicen licencias basadas en servidor.
Servidor de licencia
Seleccione o especifique el nombre de host o la dirección IP del servidor de flujo de trabajo que se encarga de gestionar las licencias flotantes.

Seleccione el tipo de licencia predeterminado, si hay más de uno disponible en el sistema.
