Ganged pages have no dependency on adjacent pages, and you have full control over their positioning.

Requirements: On the General tab in the Preferences dialog box, select a snap option for placing pages.

Note: For gang-only jobs, you add the PDF file pages to the Files list and then work directly in the Press Runs view. You do not set up a Pages List.

  1. Select the pages using any of these methods:
    • In the Files list, select a PDF file or file placeholder.
      Note: If the content files are not yet available, select Job > Add File Placeholder to add the required number of placeholder pages to the Files list.
    • In the Files list, expand a multi-page file to view its list of pages. Select a single page, or press Shift+click to select multiple pages.
    • Select a PDF file from an accessible folder in the file directory.
  2. For manual ganging, drag the selected pages to a position on the press sheet.
    • If you drag the pages to an empty area, the pages cascade onto the sheet, and you can arrange them.
    • If you drag a page to a position near an existing page on the sheet, it snaps into the default snap position that is defined in the Preferences dialog box.
    • If you drag the selected pages onto a template page, the first page is assigned to the template page position, and any additional new content pages flow through the available template pages in sequence.
      Note: Any existing content on the affected template pages is replaced.
  3. In the Marks list, select and double-click marks to add to the layouts.
  4. Select File > Save to save the job.

    • ファイルリストで、複数ページのファイルを展開してページのリストを表示します。 単一のページを選択するか、Shift キーを押しながらクリックして複数のページを選択します。
    • ファイル ディレクトリのアクセス可能なフォルダから PDF ファイルを選択します。
  2. 手動付け合わせの場合は、選択したページをシート上の位置にドラッグします。
    • 空の領域にページをドラッグすると、ページはシート上に少しずつずらして表示され、そこから配置することができます。
    • シート上の既存のページ付近の位置にページをドラッグすると、環境設定ダイアログ ボックスで定義されているデフォルトのスナップ位置にスナップされます。
    • 選択したページをテンプレート ページにドラッグすると、最初のページはテンプレート ページの位置に割り当てられ、以降に新しいページがある場合は、使用できるテンプレート ページに順番に流し込まれます。
      注: 対象のテンプレート ページに内容がある場合、その内容は置き換えられます。
  3. マークリストで、マークを選択してダブルクリックし、レイアウトに追加します。
  4. ファイル > 保存の順に選択してジョブを保存します。

Nota: Para trabalhos agrupados somente, você adiciona as páginas do arquivo PDF à lista Arquivos e, depois, trabalha diretamente na exibição Execuções de impressão. Você não configura uma Lista de páginas.

  1. Selecione as páginas usando um destes métodos:
    • Na lista Arquivos, selecione um arquivo PDF ou placeholder de arquivo.
      Nota: Se os arquivos de conteúdo ainda não estão disponíveis, selecione Tarefa > Adicionar placeholder de arquivo para adicionar o número necessário de páginas de placeholder à lista Arquivos.
    • Na lista Arquivos, expanda um arquivo de várias páginas para exibir a lista de páginas. Selecione uma única página ou pressione Shift+clique para selecionar várias páginas.
    • Selecione um arquivo PDF de uma pasta acessível no diretório de arquivos.
  2. Para agrupamento manual, arraste as páginas selecionadas para uma posição na folha de impressão.
    • Se você arrastar as páginas para uma área vazia, as páginas entram em cascata na folha, e você pode organizá-las.
    • Se você arrastar uma página para uma posição perto de uma página existente na folha, ela encaixa na posição padrão que é definida na caixa de diálogo Preferências.
    • Se você arrastar as páginas selecionadas para uma página de modelo, a primeira página é atribuída à posição do modelo da página, e qualquer outro novo conteúdo de páginas flui através das páginas de modelo em sequência.
      Nota: Qualquer conteúdo existente nas páginas de modelo afetadas é substituído.
  3. Na lista Marcas, selecione e clique duas vezes nas marcas para adicioná-las aos layouts.
  4. Selecione Arquivo > Salvar para salvar o trabalho.
