Design and create an entry form to determine the appearance of your layout tickets, which parameters are collected, and which validation rules are used when the PLA software creates a layout.
You may want to create different entry forms for different types of layouts. For example, you can create forms for offset and flexo, or die and step-and-repeat.
You must create an entry form whether you are using an MIS or InSite to submit data or manually entering the data.
In the PLA software, use the Configuration tab to create, duplicate, delete, import, and export entry forms.
Note: This tab is visible only to users who log on as administrators.
