Check that dropping an XML file into the hot folder causes a job with a layout to appear in the Prinergy Workflow software.
- Drop an XML file from the MIS into the hot folder.
Tip: Open the RBA Executing Rules page to watch the rule set as it runs. Open Rule Set Manager, and select Tools > RBA Status > Executing Rules. - In Workshop, open the job that is created and view the layout.
- If the layout is not visible in Workshop, open Layout Automation Manager and locate the layout.
- If the test was not successful, contact your service representative.
Note: Your service representative will ask you for the status and additional information to help troubleshoot any issues. In Layout Automation Manager, locate and record the status listed next to your layout.
