What is PLA software?
The PLA software enables you to automate the creation of packaging layouts, improving your shop's throughput and helping to reduce costly errors. It is a feature of the Kodak Prinergy Workflow software that works in conjunction with Kodak Prinergy Rules-Based Automation (RBA).
The Kodak Packaging Layout Automation (PLA) software is not customer-installable. Full installations of the PLA 11.x and later software are performed by Kodak in the factory, at the customer site, or by remote connection. Distributed Processing is installed by Kodak either remotely or on-site. After the PLA software is installed, the customer can upgrade it
