To create a versioning job, you can layer the base and version 1-up artworks, provided the base and the version information are separate files. There are noted limitations: layers can only be overprinted and not trapped.

  1. Select Pandora > Preferences (Macintosh) or Edit > Preferences (Windows).
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. Click Versioning Job in Regional Versioning.
  4. Type the number of Max Layers that you require to create a versioning job.
  5. Click OK.
    The new settings take effect immediately.
