After installing Matchprint Virtual and setting a fixed luminance, make sure that the viewing booth luminance matches your monitor luminance. For more information, see the Matchprint Virtual Best Viewing Practices Guide.

  1. Log in to Kodak's Partner Place Customer Portal website at https://partnerplace.kodak.comCustomer Portal, using your Partner Place Customer Portal credentials.
  2. Click on the Service & Support tab, then select Search Knowledgebase Answers.
  3. In the resulting search and results page, type either 37266 or Matchprint Virtual - Downloads in the search field.

  4. Download the Matchprint Virtual software to a temporary location on your computer. 

  5. Double-click the installer icon, and follow the instructions.
  6. Restart the computer.

  7. Connect the measuring device to a USB port on the Mac computer.
    Important: Do not use the USB port on the monitor, keyboard, or USB hub.

  8. In addition, view any supporting Matchprint Virtual documentation for the latest installation instructions at Matchprint Virtual 1011.0.
