You can create hot folders in the Prinergy Evo Client software.
The Prinergy Evo server computer must have read, write, and modify privileges on the folder from which you submit input files to Prinergy Evo. Kodak recommends that your hot folders be created in the shared HotFolders folder on the Prinergy Evo server computer.
Creating a multi-process hot folder is similar to creating a single-process hot folder, except you attach more than one process templates to the hot folder. When you drop input files into the hot folder, based on the set criteria, Prinergy Evo applies all attached process templates individually to the input files, creating multiple processes that run in parallel.

From the Configure menu, select Hot Folders.
  • In the Hot Folders In the Hot Folders dialog box, click New.anchor

  • In the New Hot Folders dialog box, click Add.

Selecting this options, enables the File Type list and Name Contains box, which allows you to define the type of file you want to process with the selected process template and any file naming characteristics.

        • Unmatched files
        • : The selected process template's parameters are applied to all input files that do not match any other hot folder processing criteria. For example, if you create a hot folder attaching one process template with the requirement that it process only input files with _Trap in the file name, and want to process all other input files that do not match the _Trap criteria, select a process template and then select Unmatched files. Prinergy Evo processes files with _Trap with one process template and processes all other input files with the second process template.

      You can only have one process template with an unmatched criteria attached to a hot folder.
      Prinergy Evo moves input files that match the unmatched criteria to the Input_Unmatched folder. If you haven't set up any unmatched criteria and the input files do not match any of the parameters you've set up, Prinergy Evo moves those files to the Input_Unmatched folder too.

      Vous pouvez créer des Hot Folders dans le logiciel Prinergy Evo Client.
      L'ordinateur Prinergy Evo Server doit disposer des privilèges d'accès en lecture, écriture et modification sur le dossier à partir duquel vous envoyez les fichiers d'entrée à Prinergy Evo. Kodak recommande de créer les Hot Folders dans le dossier HotFolders partagé sur l'ordinateur Prinergy Evo Server.
      La création d'un Hot Folder à plusieurs processus est comparable à la création d'un Hot Folder à un seul processus en joignant toutefois plus d'un modèle de processus au Hot Folder. Lorsque vous faites glisser des fichiers d'entrée dans le Hot Folder, Prinergy Evo leur applique individuellement tous les modèles de processus définis selon les critères en vigueur pour créer plusieurs processus parallèles.

      Sélectionnez cette option pour appliquer des critères spécifiques qui déterminent si Prinergy Evo doit ou non appliquer les paramètres du modèle de processus sélectionné à un fichier d'entrée. En sélectionnant cette option, vous activez la liste Type de fichier et la zone Avec dans le nom qui vous permet de définir le type de fichier à traiter à l'aide du modèle de processus sélectionné ainsi que les caractéristiques de dénomination des fichiers.

      Les paramètres du modèle de processus sélectionné sont appliqués à tous les fichiers d'entrée qui ne correspondent à aucun autre critère de traitement de Hot Folder. Par exemple, si vous créez un Hot Folder en lui joignant un modèle de processus qui ne doit traiter que les fichiers d'entrée contenant _Trap dans leur nom et que vous voulez traiter tous les autres fichiers d'entrée qui ne correspondent pas au critère _Trap, sélectionnez un modèle de processus, puis Fichiers sans correspondance. Prinergy Evo traite les fichiers contenant _Trap avec un modèle de processus et tous les autres fichiers d'entrée avec le deuxième modèle de processus.
      Vous pouvez uniquement joindre un modèle de processus contenant le critère "sans correspondance" à un Hot Folder.
      Prinergy Evo déplace les fichiers d'entrée répondant aux critères sans correspondance dans le dossier Input_Unmatched. Si vous n'avez défini aucun critère sans correspondance et que les fichiers d'entrée ne concordent avec aucun des paramètres configurés, Prinergy Evo déplace également ces fichiers dans le dossier Input_Unmatched.
