With seamless imaging, the screening pattern is continuous across the boundaries of the artwork to be imaged "in the round" on a sleeve or cylinder.
"In the round" means that the plate is wrapped around the cylinder and imaged on the cylinder, as shown in the following image:

Seamless imaging is used for flexographic printing where the pattern is continuous and there should be no noticeable transition or break where the image repeats (for example, wallpaper or fabric printing).

To make an image seamless, select the Enable option in the Seamless Screening area on the Calibration and Screening section of the output process templates.

Bei der nahtlosen Rasterung ist das Halbtonrastermuster gleichmäßig auf die Ränder des Nutzens verteilt, um im ITR-Verfahren (In The Round) auf ein Sleeve oder einen Zylinder gedruckt werden zu können.

Für die nahtlose Rasterung eines Bildes wählen Sie im Abschnitt Nahtlose Rasterung des Bereichs Kalibrierung und Raster der Ausgabe-Prozessvorlagen die Option Aktivieren.

Con las imágenes continuas, el diseño de trama es continuo en todos los límites del material gráfico del que se va a crear una imagen alrededor de una manga o cilindro.
"Alrededor" significa que la plancha envuelve el cilindro y crea la imagen en él, tal y como se muestra en la imagen siguiente:

Las imágenes continuas se utilizan en la impresión flexográfica donde el diseño es continuo y no debe notarse la transición o la interrupción cuando las imágenes se repiten (por ejemplo, en la impresión de papel pintado o tela).
Para que una imagen sea continua, seleccione la opción Activar en el área Tramado uniforme de la sección Calibrado y trama de las plantillas de proceso de salida.
