Use this dialog box to create a custom field.

Name

Identifies the names of the custom fields for the element selected.
You cannot edit this column. If you want to update the name of the custom field, delete the custom filed and create a new one.

Default Value

Identifies the default value of the custom field.
You can edit a default value for a custom field by selecting the default value column and updating the value. For example if the Type for the default value is set to Date, you can select the default value column and click the triangle to display a calendar to select a new date.

Type

Identifies the data type for the custom field that is used to show information about the job or element selected. The options are as follows:
Text: Use alphabetical characters only.
Integer: Use whole numbers only.
Decimal: Use numerical values only.
Yes/No: Checkbox (selected=Yes)
Date: Select a date from the calendar.
You cannot edit this column. If you want to update the data type for the custom field, you have to delete the custom field and create a new one.

Add

Click this button to finish the process of creating a new custom field, and close the Add Custom Field dialog box.
After clicking this button, start typing values for another new custom field or click Close to return to Custom Fields Manager.

Par exemple, si le type de la valeur par défaut est défini sur Date, vous pouvez sélectionner la colonne des valeurs par défaut puis cliquer sur le triangle pour afficher un calendrier qui vous permet de choisir une nouvelle date.

Type

Identifie le type d'informations figurant dans le champ personnalisé qui est utilisé pour afficher les informations relatives au travail ou à l'élément sélectionné. Les options sont les suivantes :
Texte : utilisez uniquement des caractères alphabétiques.
Nombre entier : utilisez uniquement des nombres entiers.
Nombre décimal : utilisez uniquement des valeurs numériques.
Oui / Non : case à cocher (activée=Oui)
Date : sélectionnez une date dans le calendrier.
Vous ne pouvez pas modifier cette colonne. Si vous souhaitez actualiser le type d'informations du champ personnalisé, vous devez supprimer ce dernier et en créer un nouveau.

Ajouter

Cliquez sur ce bouton pour terminer le processus de création d'un champ personnalisé et fermer la boîte de dialogue Ajout de champs personnalisés.

Après avoir cliqué sur ce bouton, saisissez les valeurs pour un autre champ personnalisé ou cliquez sur Fermer pour revenir au Gestionnaire des champs personnalisés.

Name

Typ

Utilice este cuadro de diálogo para crear un campo personalizado.

Nombre

Identifica los nombres de los campos personalizados para el elemento seleccionado.
No es posible editar esta columna. Si desea actualizar el nombre del campo personalizado, elimine el campo personalizado y cree uno nuevo.

Valor predeterminado

Identifica el valor predeterminado del campo personalizado.
Se puede editar un valor predeterminado para un campo personalizado realizando la selección en la columna del valor predeterminado y actualizando el valor. Por ejemplo, si el tipo del valor predeterminado se define como Fecha, puede seleccionar la columna del valor predeterminado y hacer clic en el triángulo para ver un calendario en el que seleccionar una fecha nueva.

Tipo

Identifica el tipo de datos para el campo personalizado que se utiliza para mostrar la información sobre el trabajo o elemento seleccionado. Las opciones son las siguientes:
Texto: utilice sólo caracteres alfabéticos.
Número entero: utilice sólo números enteros.
Número decimal: utilice únicamente valores numéricos.
Sí/No: casilla de verificación (seleccionado=Sí).
Fecha: seleccione una fecha del calendario.

Agregar
