In a Process Template Editor dialog box, if you click Browse and cannot find the correct volume, it may be that the volume is not mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer.
As the Process Template Editor software supports browsing of shared volumes mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer, the shared volume locations must be either on the Prinergy Evo server computer or mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer. The location does not need to be mounted on the Prinergy Evo client computer.

  The Prinergy Evo server computer to make sure the directory drive is mapped and connected.

  The drive is mapped using the user account Prinergy Evo Network Services starts under. If the drive was mapped by a different user account in a different session, Prinergy Evo software will not have access to the mapped drive.

  That the account under which Prinergy Evo software is running has administrative rights to the remote server and shared volume.

L'Éditeur de modèles de processus prend en charge la navigation sur les volumes partagés de l'ordinateur Prinergy Evo Server et, de ce fait, ces volumes doivent se situer sur l'ordinateur Prinergy Evo Server ou être mappés sur celui-ci. Il n'est pas nécessaire de monter l'emplacement sur l'ordinateur Prinergy Evo Client.
