Utilice este procedimiento cuando aún no haya creado conjuntos de páginas en su trabajo de versiones heredadas.

  1. En el menú Archivo, seleccione Importar imposición de versionado.
  2. En el cuadro de diálogo Importar imposición de control de versiones, en el cuadro Seleccione el archivo que se utilizará para la imposición, diríjase al plan de imposición de control de versiones que desee importar y selecciónelo.
    Aparecerá información acerca del archivo seleccionado en el cuadro de la parte derecha del cuadro de diálogo.
  3. Haga clic en Nombre automático.
  4. Escriba el nombre base en el cuadro de diálogo Especifique el número de versiones, dentro del cuadro Escriba el nombre base para estas versiones.
  5. En el cuadro Especifique el número de versiones que desea crear, escriba el número de versiones y haga clic en Aceptar.
  6. Si desea cambiar cualquiera de los nuevos nombres de imposición de control de versiones, seleccione el nombre en cuestión y, a continuación, haga clic en Cambiar nombre.
  7. Haga clic en Importar.
  8. En el cuadro de diálogo Iniciar proceso, haga clic en Aceptar.

Prinergy importa el plan de imposición de control de versiones en el trabajo. Una vez completado el proceso de importación, el panel Grupos de páginas mostrará las versiones.

Use this procedure when you have not yet created page sets in your legacy versioning job.

  1. From the File menu, select Import Versioning Imposition.
  2. In the Import Versioning Imposition dialog box, in the Select a file to use for the imposition box, navigate to and select the versioning imposition plan you want to import.
    Information about the selected file appears in the box on the right side of the dialog box.
  3. Click Auto Name.
  4. In the Enter Number of Version dialog box, in the Please enter the base name for these versions box, type the base name.
  5. In the Please enter the number of versions to create box, type the number of versions, then click OK.
  6. You can rename any of the new versioning imposition names if you desire by selecting a name, then clicking Rename.
  7. Click Import.
  8. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.

Prinergy imports the versioning imposition plan into the job. After the import processing is completed, the Page Sets pane displays the versions.
