  1. Si fuera necesario, agregue un perfil de Preflight PDF que contenga los ajustes que desee comprobar.
  2.  En el Administrador de trabajos, haga clic con el botón derecho del ratón en los archivos PDF que desee comprobar con Preflight, seleccione Afinar y proceda con el afinado de la plantilla de proceso que desee utilizar.

  1. If required, add a PDF Preflight profile that contains the settings you want checked.
  2. In Job Manager, right-click the PDF files you want to preflight, select Refine and then the refine process template you want to use.
  3. In the Start Process dialog box, click Edit Process Template.
  4. In the process template, click the PDF Preflight section check box to enable PDF Preflight.
  5. In Preflight Handling, define how Prinergy responds to PDF Preflight errors in a page.

  6. Select the preflight method that you want to use:
    ○   Preflight+
    ○   Advanced Preflight
  7. Modify the other PDF Preflight options in the refine process template as desired.
