In the main body of the Upload Files dialog, you will see an Upload Info Sheet which provides fields for entering information about the upload. (Upload Info Sheets are configured in the PRINERGY on Demand Portal Resources tab.)
Enter the relevant file upload information in the Info Sheet, then select files for upload.
