1. Generate the imposition proof.
2. Click the Separations view.
3. Change the View as to List.
   
   A new column dynamically appears with the same name as the proof process template that you used. For example, if you used a Virtual Proof process template, a Virtual Proof column appears. This column contains status icons, such as , indicating that the process was successful.
4. In the table, right-click the appropriate cell in the proof column next to the element that you generated a proof of, and select  Approve or  Reject to set the status or select Clear to remove a status.
   For example, if you want to approve a virtual proof of a surface, right-click  in the Virtual Proof column next to the name of the surface that you used, and select  Approve.
5. In the approval dialog box, type a comment and click OK.

Depending on your choice, an approved icon  or a rejected icon  appears in the column for the proof process, if you are in list view.

Selon votre choix, une icône d'approbation  ou de rejet  s'affiche dans la colonne du processus d'épreuve, si vous êtes dans la vue liste.

   Es wird eine neue Spalte mit dem Namen der von Ihnen verwendeten Proof-Prozessvorlage angezeigt. Wenn Sie beispielsweise eine „Virtueller Proof“-Prozessvorlage verwenden, wird die Spalte Virtueller Proof angezeigt. Diese Spalte enthält Statussymbole, wie z. B. , das angibt, ob der Prozess erfolgreich war.
4. Klicken Sie in der Proof-Spalte mit der rechten Maustaste auf die entsprechende Zelle neben dem Element, für das Sie einen Proof ausgeführt haben, und wählen Sie  Genehmigen oder  Ablehnen, um den Status festzulegen, oder wählen Sie Löschen, um einen Status zu entfernen.
   Wenn Sie beispielsweise einen virtuellen Proof einer Form genehmigen möchten, wählen Sie  in der Spalte Virtueller Proof neben dem Namen der von Ihnen verwendeten Form, und wählen Sie dann  Genehmigen.
5. Geben Sie im Dialogfeld „Genehmigen“ einen Kommentar ein, und klicken Sie auf OK.

Je nach Ihrer Auswahl wird in der Spalte für den Proof-Vorgang entweder ein Symbol für den Status „Genehmigt“  oder für den Status „Abgelehnt“  in der Listenansicht angezeigt.

5. ［校了］ダイアログ ボックスで、コメントを入力し、OKをクリックします。

一覧表示の場合、選択内容に従って校了アイコン  または却下アイコン  がプルーフ プロセスの列に表示されます。
