Job templates allow new jobs to inherit attributes of existing jobs.

Requirements: You must have a job role that includes the Manage Jobs right.

1. Create a job.
2. Remove the job from your active production workflow. Since this is a job template, it is not used for everyday work: 
   1. Right-click the job and from the menu that appears, select Set to Complete. 
   2. In the Change Job Status message, click Confirm.CHANGE JOB STATUS
   3. In Prinergy Workflow or Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack, remove the template job from Web access. 
   Note: If you want to make a job template available to more than one customer, you must edit the customer's account. 

ジョブ テンプレートにより、新しいジョブに既存のジョブの属性を適用できます。

必要条件：「ジョブの管理」権限が含まれるジョブ権限が必要です。

1. ジョブを作成します。
2. アクティブなプロダクション ワークフローからジョブを削除します。これはジョブ テンプレートなので、日常の作業には使用しません。 
   1. ジョブを右クリックし、表示されるメニューから［［完了］に設定］を選択します。 
   2. ［ジョブ ステータスの変更］メッセージで、［確認］をクリックします。ジョブ ステータスの変更
   3. Prinergy ワークフローまたは Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack で、Web アクセスからテンプレート ジョブを削除します。 
   注意：ジョブ テンプレートを複数の顧客が使用できるようにするには、顧客のアカウントを編集する必要があります。
