Note: Options on this tab may vary depending on the selected digital device. Some of the settings or setting values may not be available. Also, there may be additional settings available for specific devices which are not documented here.

The options in the Digital Job Ticket Editor are based on the capabilities of the selected device. When the Prinergy server connects to a digital device via Setup, the device communicates its capabilities in JMF format. The values for the different parameters are updated in the Setup application per device, and are reflected in the Digital Job Ticket Editor. The default value that was set on the digital device (and can be viewed in Setup) is used as the default value per parameter. If no value was set as default, the Job Ticket Editor displays Device Default. This selection can be changed.

When you define settings that are in conflict, these settings are marked with a red line around them, and when you hover above them, a tool tip displays what is wrong with the defined settings. You can also click the Constraints tab to see which settings you need to change in order to print the job.

Note: If you make a change in the Setup application while the Digital Job Ticket Editor is open, you must close and reopen the Digital Job Ticket Editor to see the change in the Digital Job Ticket Editor.

Output Tray

Displays the output tray for the printed job

Delivery

Displays how the printed pages are delivered: face up, face own, face up in reverse order, or face down in reverse order

Collation

Displays whether the printer collates the output. 

Shift every # Copies

If you selected Collate and Shift in the Collation box, define after how many copies the shift is performed.

Staple

Displays whether the output is stapled. Select Corner, Side, Saddle or Off.

Staple Position

If you selected Corner in the Staple box, select the position of the staple: Left or Right.

Staple Angle

If you selected Corner in the Staple box, select the angle of the staple: Vertical, Horizontal or Slanted.

Punch

Displays whether the printed pages are punched and with how many holes. Select 2 holes, 3 holes,  4 holes or Off.

Fold

Displays whether the sheets are folded and the fold pattern.

Perfect Binder

Displays whether perfect binding is used

If you selected On in the Perfect Binder box, select the trimming method in the Trim box, and type the required values in the Fore Edge, Top Edge, Bottom Edge and Trim Size boxes.

Trimmer

Displays whether trimming is used.

If you selected On in the Trimmer box, type the required value in the Fore Edge box.

Wenn Sie Einstellungen definieren, die in Konflikt stehen, werden diese Einstellungen mit einer roten Linie markiert, und wenn Sie den Mauszeiger darüber halten, wird in einer QuickInfo der Fehler der definierten Einstellungen beschrieben. Sie können auch auf die Registerkarte Einschränkungen klicken, um festzustellen, welche Einstellungen Sie ändern müssen, um den Job zu drucken.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie eine Änderung in der Setup-Anwendung vornehmen, während der Digital Job Ticket Editor geöffnet ist, müssen Sie den Digital Job Ticket Editor schließen und erneut öffnen, um die Änderung zu sehen.

Ausgabefach

Zeigt das Ausgabefach für den gedruckten Job an.

Bereitstellung

Zeigt an, wie die gedruckten Seiten ausgegeben werden: Bedruckte Seite nach oben, bedruckte Seite nach unten, bedruckte Seite nach oben in umgekehrter Reihenfolge oder bedruckte Seite nach unten in umgekehrter Reihenfolge

Flattermarken

Zeigt an, ob der Drucker die Ausgabe sortiert. 

Alle # Kopien verschieben

Wenn Sie Sortieren und Verschieben im Feld Sortierung ausgewählt haben, definieren Sie, nach wie vielen Kopien die Verschiebung durchgeführt wird.

Stapel

Zeigt an, ob die Ausgabe geheftet wird. Wählen Sie Ecke, Seite, Rückstich oder Aus.

Heftposition

Wenn Sie Ecke ausgewählt haben, legen Sie im Feld Heften die Heftposition fest: Links oder Rechts.

Stapelwinkel

Wenn Sie Ecke ausgewählt haben, legen Sie im Feld Heften den Heftwinkel fest: Vertikal, Horizontal oder Schräg.

Stanzen

Zeigt an, ob die gedruckten Seiten gelocht werden und mit wie vielen Löchern. Wählen Sie 2 Löcher, 3 Löcher, 4 Löcher oder Aus.

Falzmarken

Zeigt an, ob die Blätter gefaltet werden und mit welchem Falzmuster.

Klebebinder

Zeigt an, ob eine Klebebindung verwendet wird.

Wenn Sie Ein im Feld Klebebinder ausgewählt haben, legen Sie unter Beschnitt die Beschnittmethode fest und geben Sie die erforderlichen Werte in die Felder Vorderkante, Obere Kante, Untere Kante und Endformat ein.

Schneidemaschine

Zeigt an, ob Beschnitt verwendet wird.

Wenn Sie Ein im Feld Schneidemaschine ausgewählt haben, geben Sie den erforderlichen Wert in das Feld Vorderkante ein.

Las opciones del editor de notas de trabajo digital se basan en las funciones del dispositivo seleccionado. Cuando el servidor de Prinergy se conecta a un dispositivo digital a través de Instalación, el dispositivo le comunica sus funciones en formato JMF. Los valores de los diferentes parámetros se actualizan en la aplicación Instalación por dispositivo, y se reflejan en el editor de notas de trabajo digital. El valor predeterminado que se estableció en el dispositivo digital (y puede verse en la configuración) se utiliza como valor predeterminado por parámetro. Si no se estableció ningún valor predeterminado, el editor de notas de trabajo muestra Dispositivo predeterminado. Esta selección se puede cambiar.

Cuando define valores que están en conflicto, dichas opciones se marcan con una línea roja alrededor de ellas y, cuando coloca el ratón encima de las mismas, aparece información sobre la herramienta que indica qué problema hay con los ajustes definidos. También puede hacer clic en la ficha Restricciones para ver qué configuración debe cambiar para imprimir el trabajo.

Nota: Si realiza un cambio en la aplicación de configuración mientras el editor de notas de trabajo digital está abierto, debe cerrar y volver a abrir el editor de notas de trabajo digital para ver el cambio en este.

Bandeja de salida

Muestra la bandeja de salida para el trabajo impreso

Entrega

Muestra cómo se entregan las páginas impresas: boca arriba, boca abajo, boca arriba en orden inverso o boca abajo en orden inverso

Alzado

Muestra si la impresora intercala la salida. 

Desplazar cada # copias

Si selecciona Intercalar y desplazar en el recuadro Alzado, defina cada cuántas copias se realiza el desplazamiento.

Grapar

Muestra si la salida se grapa. Seleccione Esquina, Lateral, Cosido o Desactivado.

Posición de las grapas

Si selecciona Esquina en el recuadro Grapar, seleccione la posición de grapado: Izquierda o Derecha.

Ángulo de grapado

Si selecciona Esquina en el recuadro Grapar, seleccione el ángulo de grapado: Vertical, Horizontal o Inclinado.

Perforación

Muestra si se perforan las páginas impresas y el número de orificios. Seleccione 2 orificios, 3 orificios, 4 orificios o Desactivado.

Plegar

Muestra si las hojas se pliegan y el patrón de plegado.

Encuadernación sin cosido

Muestra si se utiliza la encuadernación sin cosido

Si selecciona Activado en la casilla Encuadernación sin cosido, seleccione el método de recorte en Recorte e introduzca los valores necesarios en las casillas Borde frontal, Borde superior, Borde inferior y Tamaño de recorte.

Recortadora

Muestra si se utiliza el recorte.

Si selecciona Activado en la casilla Recortadora, escriba el valor deseado en el recuadro Borde frontal.

Les options disponibles dans l'Éditeur de fiches de production numérique dépendent des fonctionnalités du périphérique sélectionné. Lorsque le serveur Prinergy se connecte à un périphérique numérique via Configuration, le périphérique transmet ses fonctionnalités au format JMF. Les valeurs des différents paramètres sont mises à jour dans l'application Configuration pour chaque périphérique et reflétées dans l'Éditeur de fiches de production numérique. La valeur par défaut définie sur le périphérique numérique (qui peut être affichée sous Configuration) est utilisée comme valeur par défaut pour chaque paramètre. Si aucune valeur par défaut n'a été définie, l'Éditeur de fiches de production affiche Réglage par défaut du périphérique. Cette sélection peut être modifiée.

Quand vous définissez des paramètres en conflit, ces paramètres sont encadrés en rouge, et quand vous les survolez, une info-bulle s'affiche pour expliquer la nature du problème. Vous pouvez aussi cliquer sur l'onglet Contraintes pour afficher les paramètres à modifier pour pouvoir imprimer le travail.

Remarque : Si vous apportez des modifications dans l'application Configuration lorsque l'Éditeur de fiches de production numérique est ouvert, vous devez le fermer et le rouvrir pour que les modifications soient prises en compte.

Bac de sortie

Indique le bac de sortie du travail imprimé.

Livraison

Indique la méthode de livraison des pages imprimées : face imprimée vers le haut, face imprimée vers le bas, face imprimée vers le haut dans l'ordre inverse ou face imprimée vers le bas dans l'ordre inverse.

Assemblage

Indique si l'imprimante doit assembler la sortie. 

Décaler toutes les # copies

Si vous avez coché la case Assembler et décaler dans la zone Assemblage, définissez au bout de combien de copies le décalage doit être effectué.

Agrafe

Indique si la sortie doit être agrafée. Sélectionnez Coin, Côté, Piqûre à cheval ou Non.

Disposition des agrafes

Si vous avez sélectionné Coin dans la zone Agrafe, sélectionnez la position de l'agrafe : Gauche ou Droite.

Angle d'agrafage

Si vous avez sélectionné Coin dans la zone Agrafe, sélectionnez l'angle d'agrafage : Vertical, Horizontal ou Incliné.

Perforation

Indique si les pages imprimées doivent être perforées et si oui, le nombre de trous souhaité. Sélectionnez 2 trous, 3 trous, 4 trous ou Non.

Pliure

Indique si les feuilles doivent être pliées et si oui, le type de pliure à utiliser.

Reliure parfaite

Indique si une reliure parfaite doit être créée.

Si vous avez sélectionné Oui dans la zone Reliure parfaite, sélectionnez la méthode de rognage dans la zone Rognage, puis saisissez les valeurs requises dans les champs Bord avant, Bord supérieur, Bord inférieur et Format de rognage.

Massicot

Indique si le massicot doit être utilisé.

Si vous avez sélectionné Oui dans la zone Massicot, saisissez la valeur requise dans le champ Bord avant.

输出托盘

显示打印作业所用的输出托盘

交付

显示如何交付正面朝上、正面朝下、逆序正面朝上或逆序正面朝下的打印页面

帖标

显示打印机是否整理输出。 

每 # 份移动

如果您选择了整理框中的整理并移动，则需定义打印多少份后执行移动。

装订

显示输出是否装订。选择书角、侧面、书脊或关。

装订位置

如果您选择了装订框中的书角，则选择下列装订位置：左或右。

装订角度

如果如果您选择了装订框中的书角，则选择下列装订角度：垂直、水平或倾斜。

打孔线

显示打印页面是否打孔以及打孔数量。选择 2 孔、3 孔、4 孔或关。

折叠

显示纸张是否折叠以及折叠类型。

胶脊装订

显示是否采用胶脊装订

如果您选择了胶脊装订框中的开，则在拆切框中选择拆切方法，并在前边框、顶边框、底边框和拆切尺寸框中输入所需的值。

拆切机

显示是否应用拆切。

如果您选择了拆切机框中的开，则在前边框中输入所需的值。

排紙トレイ

配送

丁合

印刷時に丁合を付けるかどうかが表示されます。 

# 部ごとにシフト

［丁合］ボックスで［部単位でプリントしてシフト］を選択した場合は、シフトを実行するコピー数を定義します。

ホチキス

印刷をホチキスで製本するかどうかが表示されます。［コーナー］、［横］、［中綴じ］または［オフ］を選択します。

ホチキスの位置

［ホチキス］ボックスで［コーナー］を選択した場合は、ホチキスの位置を［左］または［右］から選択します。

ホチキスの角度

［ホチキス］ボックスで［コーナー］を選択した場合は、ホチキスの角度を［縦］、［横］、または［斜め］から選択します。

パンチ

印刷されるページにパンチの穴を開けるかどうかと穴の数が表示されます。［2 穴］、［3 穴］、［4 穴］または［オフ］を選択します。

折り

シートが折り合わせられるかどうかと折りパターンが表示されます。

平綴じ

平綴じを使用するかどうかが表示されます。

［平綴じ］ボックスで［オン］を選択した場合は、［トリミング］ボックスでトリミング方法を選択し、［トリミング サイズ］ボックスで、［前小口］、［上端］、［下端］に必要な値を入力します。

トリミング

トリミングを使用するかどうかが表示されます。
