After installing Matchprint Virtual 9.2 and setting a fixed luminance, make sure that the viewing booth luminance matches your monitor luminance. For more information, see the Matchprint Virtual Best Viewing Practices Guide.

  1. Go to the MATCHPRINT Virtual Technology site at httpLog in to Kodak's Partner Place website at https://wwwpartnerplace.kodak.com/US/en/prinergy-workflow/matchprint/default.htm., using your Partner Place credentials.
  2. Click on the Service & Support tab, then select Search Knowledgebase Answers.
  3. In the resulting search and results page, type either 37266 or Matchprint Virtual - Downloads in the search fieldIn the Resources area (lower part of the page), under Software Downloads,  click Installers for all versions of MATCHPRINT Virtual Technology.

  4. Download the Matchprint Virtual 9.2 software to a temporary location on your computer. In addition, download any supporting Matchprint Virtual documentation for the latest installation instructions.
    Tip: You can also download a quick reference card that shows how to use Matchprint Virtual. 

  5. Double-click the installer icon, and follow the instructions.
  6. Restart the computer.

  7. Connect the measuring device to a USB port on the Mac computer.
    ImportantImportant: Do not use the USB port on the monitor, keyboard, or USB hub.

  8. In addition, view any supporting Matchprint Virtual documentation for the latest installation instructions at Matchprint Virtual Technology 9.2.
