  1. In Proofer Viewer, click Queues.
  2. If the proofer is currently proofing, running a cleaning cycle, or processing a job, wait until the system is idle; and then pause the Proofer and Processor
  3. Close Proofer Viewer.
  4. Open Proofer Administrator.
  5. In Proofer Administrator, click the Controllericon, and click the Software
  6. Click Reboot.
