- Place the chart on black backing, and wait 15 or 20 minutes for the chart to dry.
- When dry, compare each patch in the chart to the white flood on the printed target.
You can cut patches from the chart, if desired. - Identify the patch on the chart that best simulates the white flood on the target.
The chart includes a range of sample patches, but you can identify any tint number from 1 to 100. You may want to use the same tint percentage that you use in input files to identify the white flood. - Type the desired number into the wizard, and click Next.
When jobs are processed using this media configuration, the software applies the identified white level to all proofs that require a white flood.
