Identify whether to approve a InSite pages automatically, whether to output unapproved pages, and set other job approval options.

1. From the Tools menu, select Configure System.
2. In the Configuration Options dialog box, click the Customer Approval tab.
3. In the Web Jobs area, select the Auto-set web-enabled pages to approval required option to make Prinergy automatically set a page's job status to Approval Required when the page is refined in a Web-enabled job.
   Note: You can also set the status of pages to Approval Required from the InSite software. Setting the page status in the InSite software causes an e-mail notification to be sent to the customer's users, indicating that pages are ready to be approved. If the page status is automatically set in Prinergy, no e-mail notification is sent.
4. (Optional) In the Processing Control area, select any the following check boxes:
   • Allow overwrite of approved pages check box
   • Only output surfaces or separations if all pages approved check box
   • Stop output if surface or separation contains rejected pages check box
5. In the Scope of Output list, select one of the following options to determine when the Only output surfaces or separations if all pages approved check box and the Stop output if surface or separation contains rejected pages check box will apply to jobs:
   • Final Output only
   • Imposed Proof and Final Output
6. In the Scope of Control list, select one of the following options to determine the type of jobs to which the check boxes in the Process Control area will apply:
   • Apply to web-enabled jobs only
   • Apply to all jobs
7. Click OK.
8. Stop and restart Prinergy.

   • Final Output only (Solo salida final)
   • Imposed Proof and Final Output (Prueba impuesta y salida final)
6. En la lista Scope of Control (Ámbito de control), seleccione una de las siguientes opciones para determinar el tipo de trabajo al que se aplican las casillas de verificación del área Process Control (Control de proceso):

Dans la liste Scope of Output (Portée de la sortie), sélectionnez une des options suivantes pour déterminer quand les cases Only output surfaces or separations if all pages approved (Ne sortir les surfaces ou sélections que si toutes les pages sont approuvées) et Stop output if surface or separation contains rejected pages (Interrompre la sortie si la surface ou sélection contient des pages rejetées) doivent s'appliquer aux travaux:
   • Sortie finale uniquement
   • Épreuve imposée et sortie finale
6. Dans la liste Scope of Control (Portée de la sortie), sélectionnez une des options suivantes pour déterminer le type de travaux auxquels les cases du champ Process Control (Contrôle du traitement) doivent s'appliquer:
   • Appliquer aux travaux Web seulement
   • Appliquer à tous les travaux
7. Cliquez sur OK.
8. Arrêtez, puis redémarrez Prinergy.

L'impostazione dello stato della pagina nel software InSite comporta l'invio di un'e-mail di notifica agli utenti del cliente, nella quale si comunica che le pagine sono pronte per l'approvazione. Se lo stato della pagina viene impostato automaticamente in Prinergy, non verranno inviate e-mail di notifica.

4. （任意操作）［処理の制御］領域で、以下のチェック ボックスをオンにします。

   • Final Output only（最終出力のみ）

6. ［Scope of Control（制御の範囲）］リストで、以下のいずれかのオプションを選択して、［Process Control（プロセスの制御）］領域のチェック ボックスが適用されるジョブのタイプを決定します。
   • Apply to web-enabled jobs only（Web 対応ジョブにのみ適用）
   • Apply to all jobs（すべてのジョブに適用）
7. OKをクリックします。
8. Prinergy を停止して再起動します。

4. （可选）在处理控制区域中选择以下任意复选框：
   • 允许覆盖已审核页面复选框
   • 如果所有页面均已审核，仅输出印面或分色复选框
   • 如果印面或分色包含被拒绝的页面，停止输出复选框
5. 在输出范围列表中选择以下选项之一，以确定如果所有页面均已审核，仅输出印面或分色复选框和如果印面或分色包含被拒绝的页面，停止输出复选框何时应用到作业：
   • 仅限最终输出
   • 拼版打样和最终输出
6. 在控制范围列表中选择以下选项之一，以确定处理控制区域中的复选框将应用到哪种作业类型：
   • 仅适用于启用了 web 的作业
   • 适用于所有作业
7. 单击确定。
8. 停止并重新启动印能捷。
